Ms. Suzanne Woody is the Managing Director, Vice President, and Member of the Portfolio and Asset Management Team at Rockwood Capital. She will be based in the White Plains office and will be responsible for the firm's hotel investments. Before joining Rockwood in 2001, Ms. Woody was an Associate in the Lodging Finance Group at Credit Lyonnais. From 1996 to 1998, she was a Consultant in Deloitte & Touche's Real Estate Consulting Group, where Ms, Woody focused primarily on the hospitality sector. Her work included valuation analysis and due diligence/advisory assignments. Ms. Woody received a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University.

Mr. Frank J. Orioli serves as the Managing Director of Transactions at Rockwood Capital. In this capacity, Mr. Orioli is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing transactions and will be based in the firm's White Plains office. He has 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2006 to 2009, he was the Managing Director of Principal Real Estate Investors in Columbus, OH and from 2002 to 2006, he wasan Investment Director in Principal's Des Moines office. Prior to that, Mr. Orioli was a Senior Acquisitions Officer with the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Mr. Orioli received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from the University of Virginia in Psychology and his graduate degree (M.S.) from New York University with a focus on Real Estate Development and Investment.

Mr. Robert L. Gray, Jr. is a Partner of Rockwood Capital LLC. He is one of the Founder of the firm. Mr. Gray has vast experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Gray has overall responsibility for managing Rockwood's acquisition activities, including personnel located in the firm's three offices. His specific responsibilities include overseeing the selection of markets, projects and partners, and the negotiation and structuring of transactions. Mr. Gray plays a key role in the development of the firm's real estate investment strategy. Prior to the formation of Rockwood, he worked with Bechtel Investments, where he was responsible for originating and underwriting new real estate investment opportunities in the western United States and handling general asset management of Bechtel's real estate portfolio. He also spent time with Standard Realty and Development, where his responsibilities included management of industrial and land development projects and portfolio management of the western U.S. region. Mr. Gray received a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California in Berkeley, CA.

Mr. Edmond A. Kavounas is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Rockwood Capital. He has overall responsibility for managing Rockwood and implementing its investment program and management of the East Coast Region. Prior to this, Mr. Kavounas was a Director and Executive Vice President of Competrol Real Estate Limited and Partner and Co-Founder of Sullivan Smith & Kavounas from 1980 to 1995. From 1973 to 1980, he held various executive positions with Mobil Land Development Corporation including President of Mobil Land's Central Division, Vice President, General Counsel, and a Member of the Executive Committee Mobil Land Development Company. From 1969 to 1972, Mr. Kavounas was the Attorney in Fresno, California, Associate and then Partner of Kimble, MacMichael and Jackson, specializing in corporate, finance, and real estate law. He is affiliated with California Bar; Cornell University Real Estate Council; New York Bar; Pension Real Estate Association; Real Estate Board of New York; Urban Land Institute; and Wharton Real Estate Center. Mr. Kavounas received a J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1965 and a B.A. in History from Cornell University in 1962.

Mr. Joel K. Mayer is a Director and Head of Retail at Rockwood Capital, LLC. He is the retail sector head and leads the firm's retail asset management team. Mr. Mayer will also work closely with the acquisitions team on new retail investments. Prior to this, he was a Director at BlackRock Realty. He was a Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development of California Pizza Kitchen Inc. since March 2005 and served as its Vice President of Real Estate from November 2003 to March 2005. Mr. Mayer led the lease negotiation and landlord relationship function as well as shared the responsibility with the development team for the development process. He was a Senior Vice President of Leasing at Madison Marquette from May 1998 to November 2003. Mr. Mayer has experience in all facets of development and leasing, including urban street retail, neighborhood, community, power and regional shopping centers.

Ms. Jennifer Levy is the Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Rockwood Capital LLC. She is in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Levy was most recently Managing Director. She joined the firm in 1999 as Controller and quickly rose to several supervisory and management positions. In her new role, she has the primary responsibility for all financial accounting, tax compliance and structuring, and financial reporting to investors. In addition, she will continue to have oversight for Rockwood's human resources, information technology and administration. Ms. Levy was previously Controller at Oakland Raiders, where she had responsibility for operational accounting for the team as well as audit and tax oversight and League reporting. Prior to joining the Raiders' organization, she was Divisional Controller for Catellus Development and an Audit Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Levy received a Business Administration and Accounting degree from University of Iowa.

Mr. Dwight Arnesen is the Senior Managing Director for Portfolio and Asset Management at Rockwood Capital, LLC. He joined the White Plains office. Mr. Arnesen will lead the firm's Portfolio and Asset Management group. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Acquisitions in North America at JER Partners as well as Interim Head of Asset Management for JER's European funds, where Mr. Arnesen leveraged his earlier experience of workouts and restructuring on numerous troubled assets. He joined JER in April 2008. Mr. Arnesen was a Managing Director of the United States Fund Investment Management and a Member of the North American Investment Committee of JER Partners L.L.C. He was also a Managing Director of the United States Fund Investment Management at J.E. Robert Companies. Mr. Arnesen was a Managing Director of Acquisitions, Co-Head of US acquisitions, and a Member of the Investment Committee at Starwood Capital Group from 2002 to 2008. He focused on all types of real estate investments and developments in North America and assisted the Starwood European team. Mr. Arnesen also participated in the investment of over $3 billion of equity or approximately $12 billion of total investments, and was directly involved in the acquisition and/or development of hotels, office, industrial or warehouse, retail, residential, land, mixed use projects, and marinas. He was a Principal at JPMorgan Partners FKA Chase Capital Partners and a Senior Officer in the Real Estate Workout Group of Chemical Bank/Chase Manhattan Bank for 11 years. Mr. Arnesen was an Associate at Stern & Persicelli. He is a Member of the New York State Bar, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Arnesen has spoken on numerous real estate panels. He is a seasoned real estate executive who has held senior roles in both acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Arnesen holds a J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law and a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Peter Kaye is a Partner, Managing Director, and Portfolio Manager at Rockwood Capital. Mr. Kaye has been at Rockwood for eight years. Mr. Kaye worked in the acquisitions group at SSR Realty Advisors in San Francisco, where he was involved in the acquisition and development of several projects on the West Coast. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Kaye was employed at GE Capital Real Estate where he was involved in the acquisition and financing of office, retail, hotel, and multifamily assets nationwide. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Kaye served as a Project Manager at Clark Construction Group where he managed construction of several stadium projects and office buildings in the DC metro area. Mr. Kaye received a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.

Mr. Peter J. Falco is a Senior Managing Partner at Rockwood Capital. He was the Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager at the firm. Mr. Falco heads the firm's capital markets activities, including the arrangement of equity and debt for all of Rockwood's investment programs. On the equity side, he is responsible for investor relations, and the formation and structuring of Rockwood's investment funds. On the debt side, Mr. Falco oversees the arrangement of all portfolio and project level financing, as well as debt/interest rate risk management. In addition, he is a Portfolio Manager at some of Rockwood's funds. Mr. Falco was a Vice President of Planning at Trafalgar House Property, Inc. from 1988 to 1995 where he was primarily responsible for pre-acquisition feasibility studies, due diligence and environmental clearance, site planning and engineering, and project entitlement for the firm's commercial developments, which included four major office/research and development projects. Mr. Falco was a Senior Planning Director of a nationally recognized environmental consulting firm from 1978 to 1988. He specialized in environmental regulation and project/development entitlement.. He is affiliated with Pension Real Estate Association, Real Estate Finance Association, and Urban Land Institute. He did his M.F.S. with Honors in 1978 from School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, Natural Resource Management and his B.A. in Botany and Zoology, Summa Cum Laude, 1976 from Rutgers University.
