Mr. John C. Thomas, Esq. is a Managing Director at Rothschild Asset Management Inc. He joined the firm in 2003 with responsibility for marketing and client service, primarily for Taft-Hartley funds. Prior to this, Mr. Thomas worked at Rorer Asset Management for seven years, where he was responsible for business development. He was a Counsel to Willig, Williams & Davidson for six years. Mr. Thomas was also the standing arbitrator for the TVA. He was also a Labor Relations Director at Philadelphia Electric and Bechtel for five years each. Mr. Thomas began his career as a Construction Worker for Laborers Local 158 and Roofers Local 30. Mr. Michael J. Woods, also known as Mike, has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Rothschild Asset Management Inc. since March 19, 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Woods served as the Head of the Americas Global Client Group at Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc. and as its Managing Director since 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and U.S. Head of Distribution at DeAWM Distributors, Inc. (previously known as DWS Investments Distributors, Inc.), where Mr. Woods was responsible for managing the US mutual funds business as well as the firm's Americas' distribution teams. He served as the Head of the Americas Asset Management Business for Deutsche Bank. Previously, Mr. Woods served as the Head of the Financial Intermediaries and Investments Group and Senior Vice President at Evergreen Investment Management Company, LLC from 2007 to 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of XTF Advisors LLC. Mr. Woods served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of Marco Polo XTF Inc. (previously known as XTF Global Asset Management, LLC) from 2006 to 2007. He served as Managing Director and US Head of Sub-Advisory and Investment Only Business from 2000 to 2006 for Salomon Brothers / CitiGroup Asset Management. Mr. Woods was responsible for strategic business decisions, product development strategies, budgeting, client relationship management, and all fund board management. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Distribution for Rittenhouse / Nuveen and a National Sales Manager for Delaware Investments/Voyageur Investments. Mr. Woods worked at Nuveen Investments, Inc. and Prudential Equity Group, LLC. He started his career as a Financial Representative for Advest and Prudential Securities. Mr. Woods serves as a Board Member of The Children's Village, The Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization, and The Mutual Fund Education Alliance. He is CIMA and CIMC certified. Mr. Woods earned a BA degree in Business from Taylor University.

Mr. Charles C. Moran was a Senior President and Portfolio Manager at Rothschild Asset Management Inc. He joined the firm in 2002 and was the lead portfolio manager for the firm's mid/small-cap portfolios. Prior to this, Mr. Moran worked as an Analyst for 10 years at Value Line, four of which were in asset management. He is a C.F.A. charter holder. Mr. Moran earned an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.S. from Claremont-McKenna College.

Mr. Christopher Travers is a Managing Director at Rothschild Asset Management Inc. He joined the firm in 2002 with responsibility for managed account business development and advisor relations, focusing on the high-net-worth market. In 2010, Mr. Travers assumed additional responsibility for business development of the firm's sub-advisory business. He supports the firm's management, sales and marketing initiatives on behalf of the sub-advisory and managed account platforms through which the firm's products are available. In 1988, Mr. Travers joined Alliance Capital and spent five years working in a variety of sales positions. He has worked in marketing and relationship management roles with CJ Lawrence Asset Management, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Ashland Management. Mr. Travers began his career in 1986 with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's Pershing Division. He earned a B.S. from Syracuse University.

Mr. Michael Welch serves as the Managing Director at Rothschild Asset Management Inc. Mr. Welch joined Rothschild Asset Management in January 2012 and has the responsibility for institutional business development (excluding Taft-Hartley plans) in the Western United States. Prior to this, Mr. Welch worked at Robeco-Sage in San Francisco, where he co-managed a team of marketing professionals with responsibility for fund of hedge fund sales to a variety of institutional clients. He also held sales and management positions at Coast Asset Management, where he sold single-strategy, multi-strategy, and fund of hedge funds. Mr. Welch also worked at Lazard Asset Management where he worked with institutional and high-net-worth clients in the western region. He served as a Financial Advisor and Sales Manager at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Welch earned a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Ms. Mary Jane Cullinan is a Managing Director at Rothschild Asset Management Inc. She joined the firm in 2003 as Client Relationship Manager and Product Specialist. Ms. Cullinan has an extensive experience in investment management, holding executive positions in portfolio management, marketing and client service. Previously, she served as Senior Managing Director for Institutional Services at Rorer Asset Management. Before that, Ms. Cullinan was a Director, Marketing and Client Service at MacKay Shields. Prior to 1996, she held senior positions in equity and fixed income portfolio management and research, including Chief Investment Officer at Capital House Investment Management. Ms. Cullinan is a C.F.A. charter holder. She earned a B.A. from Vassar College.
