Mr. Steven D. Gray, also known as Steve, is the Co-Founder of RSP Permian, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since September 2013. Mr. Gray is the Co-Founder of RSP Permian, LLC and serves as its Co-Chief Executive Officer. In 2006, he Co-founded Pecos Operating Company, LLC. In 2000, he Co-founded Pecos Production Company, an NGP-backed oil and natural gas exploration and production company that operated in the Permian Basin until it was sold in 2005 to Chesapeake Energy Corporation. He has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Gray Co-Founded Vista Energy Resources and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to forming Vista, he was employed for 11 years as a petroleum engineer with Bettis, Boyle and Stovall, Inc. and Texas Oil & Gas Corp. He has been a Director of RSP Permian, Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Gray serves as Director of Pecos Operating Company, LLC and Pecos Energy Partners, LP. He received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Scott K. McNeill has been the Chief Financial Officer at RSP Permian, Inc since September 2013. Mr. McNeill serves as Chief Financial Officer at RSP Permian, LLC. He served as an Interim Chief Accounting Officer at RSP Permian, Inc. since May 15, 2017 until May 24, 2017. Mr. McNeill served as the Managing Director in the energy investment banking group of Raymond James. He was Principal Accounting Officer at RSP Permian, Inc. He has been Director of RSP Permian, Inc since December 2013. He worked 15 years as an investment banker advising a wide spectrum of companies operating in the exploration and production, midstream and energy service and equipment segments of the energy industry. Mr. McNeill is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a B.B.A from Baylor University and an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Erik B. Daugbjerg has been Executive Vice President of Land & Business Development at RSP Permian, Inc. since March 1, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Land & Business Development from 2014 to March 1, 2017. Mr. Daugbjerg served as Vice President of Business Development and Oil and Gas Marketing at RSP Permian, Inc. Mr. Daugbjerg has served RSP Permian, L.L.C. in such capacity since its inception in 2010. In 2006 Mr. Daugbjerg co-founded Pecos Operating Company, LLC, an oil and natural gas exploration & production company with operations in the Permian Basin. Mr. Daugbjerg served as President of Pecos River Operating Company, an exploration and production company with operations in southeast New Mexico, from 2000 until is sale in 2005. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Daugbjerg served as Vice President of Producer Services for Highland Energy Company. From 1992 to 1996, he served in various roles with Hadson Corporation, an oil and natural gas marketing and midstream company with operations in the Permian Basin. Mr. Daugbjerg has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Daugbjerg served as the Vice President of Business Development & Producer Services at Calpine Producer Services, L.P. Mr. Daugbjerg was responsible for managing natural gas, crude oil and NGL supply activities. He was also responsible for producer services, contract administration and order department. Prior to joining Highland Energy Company in 1997, he was responsible for various trading, supply and producer services activities at LG&E Natural Inc. formerly known as Hadson Gas Systems Inc. He received his BBA from the Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Zane W. Arrott has been the Chief Operating Officer of RSP Permian, Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Arrott served as the Chief Operating Officer of Rising Star Energy LLC. Mr. Arrott has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 22 years. He was employed immediately out of college by Placid Oil Company to work in their reservoir engineering and economics group where, Mr. Arrott performed various tasks including applied reservoir engineering, production engineering, project economic forecasting and reserve acquisition studies. The activities of Placid Oil and Mr. Arrott during this period were world-wide in scope, including the Deep Water Gulf of Mexico and the Middle East. In 1988, he was elevated to the position of General Manager of Placid Oil Company's Canadian division where he provided leadership and administration of an active division. After culminating the sale of Placid Oil's Canadian division in April of 1995, Mr. Arrott returned to Dallas and joined Rising Star Energy as a Partner. He received a B.S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Mr. William Huck has been Executive Vice President of Operations at RSP Permian, Inc. since March 1, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Operations from September 2013 to March 1, 2017. Mr. Huck co-founded RSP Permian, L.L.C. in 2010. He served as Vice President of Operations at RSP Permian, L.L.C. In 2006, he co-founded Pecos Operating Company, LLC. Mr. Huck co-founded Pecos Production Company in 2000 and served as its Vice President of Production until it was sold to Chesapeake Energy Corporation in 2005. He served as President of Huck Engineering, Inc. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Huck served as an Operating Manager for Collins & Ware, Inc. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Huck operated an independent engineering consulting firm, Huck Engineering, Inc. Mr. Huck has more than 30 years of oil and natural gas experience and has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College.

Robert Lemmons serves as the VP Drilling of RSP Permian, Inc.. Robert started at RSP Permian, Inc. in Jan of 2011. Robert currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

James Schnoebelen serves as the Chief Information Officer of RSP Permian, Inc.. James started at RSP Permian, Inc. in May of 2017. James currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Mike Langeler serves as the Vice President of Geoscience of RSP Permian, Inc.. Mike currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Alyssa Stephens serves as the Director, Investor Relations of RSP Permian, Inc.. Alyssa currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
