This could be answered many different ways, based on our product lines offered, however, I’ll give a couple basic examples: - Changing teams could mean shifting locations or counters, meaning moving people who run the rental department, as an example, to another location. - Another example would be if the employee is new, they have to wait 12 months or if an employee past 12 months, you must be in role a minimum of 6 months in that product line, before a move to another product line - however, rules have exceptions. These exceptions are based per situation and must be approved by all management and directors involved.
