Ms. Talya Nevo-Hacohen has been Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. since November 5, 2010. Ms. Nevo-Hacohen serves as Advisor to private real estate developers and operators regarding property acquisitions and dispositions, corporate capitalization and equity and debt capital raising. She has extensive experience in corporate finance and real estate investment banking. From August 2008 to February 2009, she served as a Managing Director at Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Ms. Nevo-Hacohen served as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets of HCP, Inc. from February 2006 to August 31, 2006 and as also served as its Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Development. She served as Treasurer of HCP, Inc., from May 6, 2003 to August 31, 2006. She served as a Vice President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, where she held senior-level positions in the investment banking and finance, Operations and Administration Divisions and served there from 1993 to 2003. She organized Goldman Sachs Controllers'team in its review of its merchant banking portfolio. She served as the Finance Officer for Goldman Sachs' build-to-suit office development project in Jersey City, N.J. As an Investment Banker, she advised and executed a broad range of financing and strategic transactions for REITs and real estate company clients. She practiced architecture and was associated with several architectural firms in New York, prior to her affiliation with Goldman Sachs. Ms. Nevo-Hacohen earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia Graduate School of Architecture and Planning. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
