Actually working as a team not passing off everything to other people because they are to lazy to do it.
Everything and everyone needs to be reevaluated in this company. Favoritism has to go. Work load needs to be split accordingly and stop over loading hardworking individuals without any praise or reward.
This company is all about hiring lazy people and working the hard working individuals to death for less pay, no recognition, and no rewards. Your hard work goes unnoticed and or is taken credit for by someone else is a higher position. Favoritism is huge in this company as well.
