Mr. Antonio R. Sanchez III, also known as Tony, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at SN Marquis LLC. Mr. Sanchez serves as a Director of International Bank of Commerce. He served as a Director of Zix Corp., since February 1993. He served as a Director of Conoco Inc., since August 1999. He served as a Director at New America Alliance. He was Founding Investor of Sanchez Capital Partners. Mr. Sanchez holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Howard J. Thill has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Sanchez Energy Corporation since October 10, 2016. Prior to joining Sanchez Energy, Mr. Thill served as Senior Vice President of Communications & Investor Relations at Devon Energy Corporation until October 5, 2016. Mr. Thill served as Senior Vice President of Devon Energy Corporation since June 2014. He served as a Vice President of Investor Relations & Public Affairs at Marathon Oil Corporation. He served as Treasurer of PIRA. He served as Vice President of Corporate, Government & Investor Relations at Marathon Oil Corporation from January 2014 to April 1, 2014. He served as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Affairs at Marathon Oil Corp., since January 1, 2008. He served as Director of Investor Relations at Marathon Oil Corporation from April 2003 to December 2007. Before joining Marathon, he served as Director of Investor Relations at Phillips Petroleum, Mr. Thill began his career at Phillips Petroleum Company in 1982 as a drilling fluids Sales/service Engineer/drilling fluids sales and service engineer. He held positions of increasing responsibility in natural gas operations, federal and international tax, chemical accounting and international finance. Since 1997, he served as Senior Economic Specialist of Phillips' Upstream Business Development Department and since 1999, he served as Director of Investor Relations in its Investor and Public Relations Department. He joined Marathon Oil Corporation in 2002 as Manager of Investor Relations. He is active in Junior Achievement and serves on the Houston Chapter's board of directors. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is active in NIRI, as well as PIRA. He also is active in the Oklahoma State University Alumni Association and served as President of the Washington County (Okla.) chapter. Mr. Thill holds a Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Marketing, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from Oklahoma State University.

Mr. Christopher D. Heinson, also known as Chris has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Sanchez Energy Corporation since March 4, 2014 and served as its Interim Chief Operating Officer since January 1, 2014 until March 2014. Mr. Heinson, an engineer by training, oversees reservoir engineering, business planning and project management for Sanchez. Prior to joining Sanchez in March of this year, he worked for Occidental Petroleum Corporation in various planning and reservoir engineering positions. He has a strong technical background in unconventional oil resource plays and enhanced oil recovery and has held roles of increasing responsibility while at Occidental and Sanchez. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Gregory B. Kopel, also known as Greg, has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Sanchez Energy Corporation since December 14, 2015. Mr. Kopel was a Professional at Baker Botts Corporate department. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kopel served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Breitburn Energy Partners LP. He has also served in corporate legal positions at Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Linn Energy LLC. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1997. Mr. Kopel is also a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. He received his B.A. in Government from The University of Texas in 1994. and J.D. at the University of Houston and began his career working at two international law firms. Mr. Kopel received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston in 1997.
