Mr. James D. Bennett serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at MidCon Midstream, LP. Mr. Bennett has been the President of SandRidge Energy, Inc. since March 2013 and as its Chief Executive Officer since June 19, 2013. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bandon Oil and Gas GP, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SandRidge Energy, Inc. from January 6, 2011 to June 19, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President since January 6, 2011. He served as Managing Director of White Deer Energy. He served as the Managing Director of The Blackstone Group L.P. From 2006 to December 2009, he was employed at GSO Capital Partners LP and also served as its Managing Director. Mr. Bennett served as the Managing Director and was involved in many of its private equity and mezzanine investments in the energy industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Aquilex Holdings LLC (Aquilex Services Corp). He served as Vice President of Operations and later Chief Financial Officer of Exario Networks. He spent over five years in the investment banking group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now CS First Boston). He served with the corporate lending group of Bank of America. Mr. Bennett was Investment Banker in the Energy Group of CS First. At CS First, he participated in a variety of mergers, acquisitions and capital raising activities for companies in the energy and power industries. He started his career in corporate banking at NationsBank. He serves as the Chairman of Chairman. He has been a Director of SandRidge Energy, Inc. since August 12, 2013. He serves as a Director of United Engines, LLC and Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC. He served as a Director of Cheniere Energy Partners Gp, LLC, the General Partner of Cheniere Energy Partners LP from August 15, 2008 to April 29, 2011. He served as a Director of PostRock Energy Corporation from September 2010 to January 13, 2011. Mr. Bennett holds a BBA degree in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1993.

Mr. John Patrick Suter has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at SandRidge Energy, Inc. since December 1, 2016. Mr. Suter served as Senior Vice President of Operations at SandRidge Energy, Inc. from August 2016 to December 1, 2016 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Mid-Continent since April 27, 2015 until November 9, 2016. Mr. Suter served as Senior Vice President of Production at SandRidge Energy, Inc. since April 2015. He served as the Vice President of The Woodford Business Unit at American Energy Partners, LP since November 2013. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Operations for Chesapeake Energy Corporation's Western Division from May 2010 to September 2013 and served as its Chesapeake's District Manager for the Barnett Shale and Southern Oklahoma assets. He worked for Continental Resources, Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. and Petro-Lewis Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1982.

Mr. Philip T. Warman, Esq., has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sandridge Midcon Midstream GP, LLC and MidCon Midstream, LP since April 2014. Mr. Warman has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SandRidge Energy, Inc. since August 2010 and also serves as its Corporate Secretary. He serves as Lawyer of Vinson & Elkins, LLP. Prior to joining SandRidge, he served as an Associate General Counsel for SEC and finance matters for Spectra Energy Corporation from January 2007 to July 2010. From 1998 to 2006, he practiced law as a corporate finance attorney with Vinson & Elkins, LLP in Houston, Texas. He has been Director of Sandridge Midcon Midstream GP, LLC since April 2014. He serves as a Director of MidCon Midstream, LP. Mr. Warman holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1993 and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998.

John Suter serves as the EVP & COO of SandRidge Energy. John started at SandRidge Energy in November of 2016. John currently resides in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area.
