Mr. Christian L. Oberbeck, also known as Chris has been the Chairman, President, Investment Adviser and Chief Executive Officer at Saratoga Investment Corp. since 2010. Mr. Oberbeck was also President until February 2013. He has been the Managing Partner and Managing Director at Saratoga Partners since 1995 and is one of the Founders of the firm. He is also the Managing Member of Saratoga Investment Advisors, LLC. Mr. Oberbeck served as the President of Saratoga Investment Corp. until February 5, 2013. Prior to assuming management responsibility for Saratoga Partners in 2008, Mr. Oberbeck has co-managed Saratoga Partners since 1995, when he joined Dillon Read and Saratoga Partners from Castle Harlan, Inc. Previously, he served at Warburg Dillon Read Inc. and its predecessor Dillon Read and Co. Inc., where he was a Managing Director responsible for the management of the Saratoga funds. Mr. Oberbeck was also a Managing Director at Castle Harlan Inc. since its founding in 1987 where he led successful investments in manufacturing and financial services companies. Prior to that, Mr. Oberbeck worked in the Corporate Development Group at Arthur Young & Company and in corporate finance at Blyth, Eastman, Dillon & Co. He has been a Director of Saratoga Investment Corp. since 2010. He serves as a Director of Communications Software Consultants Inc. He has been a Director of CEMA Lighting, Advanced Lighting Technologies Inc. since December 2003, STC Wireless Resources, Inc., and Wireless Services Holding Corporation. Mr. Oberbeck's qualifications as a director include his extensive experience in the investment and finance industry, as well as his intimate knowledge of the Company's operations, gained through his service as an executive officer. He was Member of Advisory Board at Data Return, LLC. He served as a Director of Koppers Holdings Inc. from November 2004 to February 13, 2009 and Koppers Inc. from October 1997 to February 2009. Mr. Oberbeck was formerly a Director of Data Return, NAT, Inc., Scovill Fasteners Inc., USI Holdings Corporation and J&W Holding Corporation, EUR Systems Inc., Delaware Management Holdings Inc., MAG Aerospace Industries, Inc., and Truck Components Inc. He has been a director of numerous middle market companies while at Saratoga Partners and Castle Harlan. He has over 27 years of experience in leveraged finance, from distressed debt to private equity and has been involved in originating, structuring, negotiating, consummating, managing and monitoring investments in these businesses. Mr. Oberbeck received an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1985, a B.S. in Physics and a B.A. in Mathematics from Brown University in 1982.

Mr. David Vavrichek serves as Vice President at Deerpath Capital Management, LP. Mr. Vavrichek has been Principal at Saratoga Investment Corp. since April 2014 and serves as its Portfolio Manager. Mr. Vavrichek is a Principal of Saratoga Investment Advisors, LLC, the Company's investment adviser, and is involved in portfolio oversight with a primary emphasis on transaction development and execution. Mr. Vavrichek joined Saratoga from Deerpath Capital Management, LP. At Deerpath, Mr. Vavrichek led the origination and execution of credit investments across a variety of industries. Prior to Deerpath, Mr. Vavrichek was an Analyst at Soros Fund Management LLC and an Analyst in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. Vavrichek is a CFA charterholder and graduated with a BA from Yale University.

Mr. Michael J. Grisius, also known as Mike serves as Chief Investment Officer of Saratoga Partners. Mr. Grisius has been the President of Saratoga Investment Corp. since February 5, 2013. He serves as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Saratoga Investment Advisors LLC and has been its President since February 5, 2013. He joined Saratoga Investment Advisors, LLC and Saratoga Investment Corp. in July 2011. He served as Chief Investment Officer of Saratoga Investment Corp. He worked at Senior Secured Loan Fund LLC and JPMorgan Chase & Co. He served as the Managing Director at Allied Capital Corporation since 1992. At Allied Capital Corporation, he held several senior positions including co-head of Mezzanine Finance. During his 16 year investment professional tenure at Allied, he built and led teams that made investments in subordinated debt, control equity and real estate mortgage debt. He worked in leveraged finance at Chemical Bank from 1989 to 1992 and held Senior Accountant and Consultant positions with KPMG LLP from 1985 to 1988. He has been a Director of Saratoga Investment Corp. since September 27, 2011. He serves as a Director of Saratoga Investment Advisors, LLC. He has served on the board of directors of numerous middle market companies. Mr. Grisius??? qualifications as a director include his broad experience in leverage finance, investment management, private equity and financial services. He has over 24 years of experience in leveraged finance, private equity, investment management and financial services. He has originated, structured, negotiated, consummated, managed and monitored numerous successful investments in mezzanine debt, private equity, senior debt, structured products and commercial real estate debt. Mr. Grisius holds MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in 1990 and a BS from Georgetown University in 1985.

Mr. Steven M. Looney, also known as Steve, CPA, J.D., serves as the Managing Director at Peale Davies & Co. Inc. He serves as an Advisor of Strategic and Financial Matters at WH Industries, Inc. Mr. Looney also serves as a Consultant and Director to numerous companies in the healthcare, manufacturing and technology services industries. He served as a Special Adviser to Tranmit PLC from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Looney served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. from 2000 to 2005 and also served as its Director of Shared Services. From 1992 to 2000, he served at WH Industries as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Looney was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sun Healthcare, WH Industries, APW, Ltd., and Vein Associates of America, Inc. From 1976 to 1984, Mr. Looney was an Attorney for and the General Counsel of A.G.Becker-Warburg Paribas Becker. From 1974 to 1976, Mr. Looney worked as an Attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He has been an Independent Director of Saratoga Investment Corp. since 2007. Mr. Looney has been a Director of WH Industries Inc. since 1992. He serves as a Director of APW Ltd. He serves as a Director of Excellent Education for Everyone. He was a Director of Vein Associates of America, Inc. since October 2006. Mr. Looney served as a Director of Computers at Work Ltd. from 1990 to 1997. He served as a Director of Sun Healthcare Group Inc. from May 19, 2004 to November 15, 2010. He is a C.P.A and an Attorney. Mr. Looney received a J.D. from the University Of Washington School Of Law where he was a Member of the law review and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Washington with a B.A. degree in Accounting.

Mr. Henri J. Steenkamp serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at Saratoga Investment Corp. Mr. Steenkamp has spent three years at the firm. He served as Chief Financial Officer of MF Global Holdings Ltd. since April 1, 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Steenkamp served as Vice President of Corporate Financial Reporting and Vice President of External Reporting at MF Global Holdings Ltd. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of MF Global Finance North America Inc. Before joining MF Global, Mr. Steenkamp spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a CA(SA) at PwC. He has 15 years prior capital markets and controls experience. He holds an Honors in Finance, Cum Laude from University of Johannesburg.
