Mr. Chris Orlando serves as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of ScaleMatrix, Inc. Mr. Orlando served as President of Complex Drive, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Orlando is a hosting and colocation industry veteran who joins the ScaleMatrix team after holding senior leadership positions within a variety of successful Colocation and Complex Hosting providers throughout the South Western United States. Mr. Orlando was responsible for opening the doors on this facility in late 2004 and successfully led it through its acquisition just 4 short years later. Mr. Orlando's ability to identify simple and definable solutions to complex customer requirements makes him an invaluable asset here at ScaleMatrix. With a client list which includes Oprah Winfrey (HARPO), Tony Robbins, Rush Limbaugh, Clear Channel, Cox Communications, ProFlowers, and Intuit - there are few challenges which Mr. Orlando hasn???t successfully navigated. Mr. Orlando served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Complex Drive. Mr. Orlando launched and managed Complex Drive Data Centers, a well-established and fast growing colocation service provider in Southern California. He developed his ???from the ground up??? leadership style by gaining solid hands-on experience at every stage of his professional development. He joined Complex Drive in October 2004 with the mission of filling Complex's new flagship Carrier-Grade Data Center and building a team to service both local and national business markets. He is the driving force behind the Complex Drive organization. He came to Complex Drive from American Digital Network (ADN) where he wore several hats including: Trainer, Channel Manager and Sales Manager. At ADN, he has known for his expertise in Data Center Operations and his ability to identify quick and easy solutions to complex customer needs. He and his team evaluated and developed cost-effective solutions for clients such as: Oprah Winfrey, Tony Robbins, Rush Limbaugh, The Buick Invitational, Clear Channel, Roger Hedgecock, and many more. He has years of sales/marketing, international business, and entrepreneurial experience. He cut his teeth in the business world working in product development and life testing for a national RFID company (Radio Frequency Identification) SCS Corporation (www.scs-corp.com). He worked with some of the country's largest companies: NIKE, NASA, Calvin Klein, IBP, Unitog, and Sainsbury's. He guides his team with a ???from the ground up??? philosophy-meaning: No task is too small, no client too large. He developed this view by gaining solid hands-on experience at every stage of his professional development. Mr. Orlando studied International Business at San Diego State University.
