Mr. Emanuele A. Lauro is a Co-Founder of Scorpio Bulkers Inc. and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since April 9, 2013 and July 1, 2013 respectively. Mr. Lauro is the Founder of Scorpio Tankers Inc., and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since April 6, 2010. He joined Scorpio Group in 2003 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2004. He has been the Vice President of the Chamber of Shipping of Monaco since 2006. He was the Founder of RockTree Logistics Pte. Ltd. Over the course of the last six years, he has founded and developed the Scorpio Aframax Tanker Pool, Scorpio Panamax Tanker Pool and the Scorpio Handymax Tanker Pool which employ 10, 20 and 27 vessels, respectively, from Scorpio Group and third party participants. Mr. Lauro also founded Scorpio Logistics in May 2007. Furthermore, he formed a joint venture with Koenig & cie., Scorship Navigation, in August 2005 which engages in the identification, placement and management of certain international shipping investments on behalf of German investors. In addition, he developed a joint venture company, Crewtech Philippines, in May 2007 which screens, trains and manages vessel staff for various third party owners of drybulk and tanker vessels. He serves as a Director of Scorpio Tankers Inc. He serves as a Director of United Shippers Limited. He has been a Director of Scorpio Bulkers Inc. since April 9, 2013. Mr. Lauro has a degree in international business from the European Business School, London.

Mr. Brian Lee has been the Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio Tankers Inc. since April 6, 2010. Mr. Lee joined Scorpio Group in April 2009. In June 2009, he became the Scorpio Group's Controller. He has been employed in the shipping industry since 1998. Prior to joining Scorpio Group, he served as the Controller of OMI Corporation from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Lee has a M.B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut and has B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York.

Mr. Cameron L. Mackey, also known as Cam, has been the Chief Operating Officer at Scorpio Bulkers Inc. since July 1, 2013. Mr. Mackey has been the Chief Operating Officer at Scorpio Tankers Inc. since April 6, 2010. Mr. Mackey joined Scorpio Group in March 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of OMI Marine Services LLC, a subsidiary of OMI Corporation from December 1, 2004 to 2007 and Business Development at OMI from June 2002 to 2004. He joined MAPI in 2001. Prior to joining Scorpio Group, he was an equity and commodity analyst at Ospraie Management LLC from 2007 to 2008. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Member Services and Director to Marketing & General Managers Councils at Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI Inc. Mr. Mackey also served in various positions at Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, Inc. which include. He has been employed in the shipping industry since 1994 and previously in his career, was employed in unlicensed and licensed positions in the merchant navy, primarily on tankers in the international fleet of Mobil Oil Corporation, where he held the qualification of Master Mariner. He has been a Director at Scorpio Tankers Inc., since May 30, 2013. Mr. Mackey has an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a B.S. from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a B.A. from Princeton University.

Mr. Robert L. Bugbee is the Co-Founder of Scorpio Bulkers Inc., and has been its President since July 1, 2013. Mr. Bugbee has been the President of Scorpio Tankers Inc., since April 6, 2010. He joined Scorpio Group in February 2009 and has continued to serve there in senior management. Prior to Scorpio Group, he was a Partner at Ospraie Management LLP, from 2007 to 2008. He has more than 25 years of experience in the shipping industry. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of OMI Corporation from 1995 to 2007 and served as its President from January 2002 to 2007; Executive Vice President since January 2001; Chief Operating Officer since March 2000 and also served as its Senior Vice President from August 1995 to June 1998. Mr. Bugbee joined OMI in February 1993. He was employed at Gotaas-Larsen Shipping Corporation since 1984. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at ff Venture Capital. He has been Director of Scorpio Tankers Inc., since April 6, 2010 and Scorpio Bulkers Inc., since April 9, 2013. He served as a Director at Omi Corp. since January 15, 1998 and Dorian LPG Ltd. from November 2013 to November 3, 2014. He took a two year sabbatical from 1987 for the M.I.B. Programme at the Norwegian School for Economics and Business administration in Bergen. Mr. Bugbee has a Fellowship from the International Shipbrokers Association and a B.A. (Honors) from London University.
