Mr. Dennis S. Hudson, III, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since June 1998. He has been an Independent Director of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation since October 28, 2009. He served as a Director of Florida Public Utilities Company, Inc. from August 24, 2005 to October 2009. He has been the Chairman at Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since July 19, 2005 and also has been its Director sine 1984. He has been the Chairman of Seacoast National Bank since 1992. He served as Chairman of the Economic Council of Martin County, YMCA of the Treasure Coast and the Blue Ribbon Task Force for Better Government in Martin County. He serves as a Director of Martin Health System. He serves on the Boards of Federal Reserve Bank, Miami and the Tri- County TEC Foundation. He serves as a Director of the Martin County YMCA Foundation, Council on Aging, St. Michael's Independent School, the Job Training Center. He was Member of Community Bankers of Florida. He holds MBA and graduated in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University.

Mr. Jeffery Bray, also known as Jeff, has been Executive Vice President of Service and Operations at Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida since September 2016. Mr. Bray joined Seacoast in September 2016 with over 20 years of experience. He serves as an Executive Vice President of Service and Operations at Seacoast National Bank. Prior to joining Seacoast, Mr. Bray served as President of the eChannel Division at DFC Global based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he focused on expanding the market for digital lending in North America and Europe, overseeing the consolidation of operations through multiple acquired lending services in Europe and drove a 517% gain in annual revenue. Over his career, Mr. Bray has held executive roles at Bank of America in Atlanta, Georgia, Capital One Financial in Richmond, Virginia and General Electric Appliance Division in Louisville, Kentucky. He earned a Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from the United States Military Academy. He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Mr. Charles K. Cross, also known as Chuck, Jr. serves as Executive Vice President and Commercial Banking Executive at Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida and has been its Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking for Seacoast National Bank since July 2013. Mr. Cross was responsible for management of the commercial banking team and commercial business development. Mr. Cross has over 30 years of banking experience and a thorough knowledge of the Palm Beach market. Mr. Cross served as Senior Lender of Southeast Region of Bank of Florida Corporation, a parent company of Bank Of Florida-SouthEast. Mr. Cross served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Palm Beach County Operations of Bank of Florida Corporation since October 25, 2004. From March 2012 to July 2013, he was Seacoast's Commercial Market Executive for Palm Beach County. He was the market leader for EverBank in Palm Beach County. He also held various positions within Bank of Florida including Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Florida, Palm Beach County and with J.P. Morgan Trust, Wachovia Bank, NationsBank and Barnett Bank. He is a member of the executive committee of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and has served on the boards of Florida Atlantic University College of Business Dean's Council, Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, West Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and Black Business Investment Corporation, among other community and civic organizations. Mr. Cross received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from University of Florida and post graduate education from University of Virginia and the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. David D. Houdeshell has been an Executive Vice President of Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida and subsidiary and Seacoast National Bank since June 2010 and also has been its Chief Risk & Credit Officer since May 2015. Mr. Houdeshell served as Chief Credit Officer of Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida and Seacoast National Bank since June 2010 until May 2015. Before joining Seacoast, Mr. Houdeshell served as Executive Vice President and Credit Administrative Executive of The South Financial Group in Greenville, South Carolina, a $12 billion commercial bank holding company from April 2007 to May 2010. In this role, he had oversight and direction of credit administration policy and procedure development, credit monitoring, loan review, credit processes and technology initiatives. From October 2005 to March 2007, Mr. Houdeshell was Senior Vice President and Director of Credit Portfolio Risk Management at South Financial Group, charged with developing a credit risk management framework, enhancing portfolio quantitative analysis techniques and loan review. From July 2000 to August 2005, Mr. Houdeshell was employed by Bombardier Capital, a $13 billion financial services entity of a global transportation manufacturer, serving in various capacities, including Chief Credit Officer from October 2001 to August 2005. As Chief Credit Officer at Bombardier Capital, he was responsible for oversight of credit risk management for aircraft and asset-based lending, equipment leases, inventory financing, consumer loans and mortgage servicing. Mr. Houdeshell holds his B.S. from Florida State University and graduated with Honors from Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. Charles M. Shaffer, also known as Chuck, has been Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy at Seacoast National Bank and Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since March 15, 2017. Mr. Shaffer has been an Executive Vice President of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since October 2013 and serves as its Community Banking Executive. He served as Head of Community Banking at Seacoast National Bank and Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida since October 2013 until March 15, 2017. Mr. Shaffer has led the Community Banking Group for the Bank since 2013, helping consumers and small businesses meet their financial needs, as technology and more choices proliferate. Mr. Shaffer plays an important role in leading Seacoast's retail, small business, mobile, wealth and non-branch distribution strategies and also designing and working across the organization at all levels to implement earnings improvements. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Seacoast National Bank from 2005 to 2013. Mr. Shaffer joined Seacoast National Bank in 1998 serving in various accounting positions. His experience includes all facets of accounting and finance including internal risk related reporting, SEC reporting, regulatory reporting and strategic planning. Mr. Shaffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Master's of Business Administration with a finance specialization from the University of Central Florida. He is also a CPA licensed in the State of Florida.

Ms. Juliette Kleffel, Julie has been Community Banking Executive and Executive Vice President at Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since March 15, 2017. Ms. Kleffel served as an Executive Vice President for Small Business Banking at Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida until March 15, 2017. Ms. Kleffel has 20 years of overall banking experience. She served as Executive Vice President and Commercial Sales Leader at The BANKshares, Inc. She served as Executive Vice President and Commercial Sales Leader at BankFIRST Inc. since January 2010. Ms. Kleffel was responsible for coordinating and directing the total sales effort of the organization, including all Central Florida area President and client relationship managers. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at BankFIRST. She served as President of Winter Garden Area at BankFIRST. She completed her professional education by graduating with distinction from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009.

Mr. Michael J. Sonego, also known as Mike, has been Executive Vice President and Residential Lending Executive at Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida since September 28, 2016. Mr. Sonego joined Seacoast in January 2016 with nearly 30 years of banking experience. Mr. Sonego served as the Head of Small Business Banking of Citizens Republic Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, Citizens Banking Corp.) since August 2006 and also served as its Senior Vice President and Head of residential mortgage banking and title services areas. Prior to joining Seacoast, he served as Senior Vice President, National Leader & Program Manager of Investment Center for FirstMerit Bank, based in Flint, Michigan. In his time at FirstMerit Bank, Mr. Sonego was responsible for sales, revenue and compliance of 150 mortgage loan officers and investment advisors across the FirstMerit footprint. Mr. Sonego was responsible for the performance and origination of retail and wholesale residential mortgages and title services at Citizens Banking Corp. Prior to joining Citizens Banking Corp., he was with Bank One and its predecessors for nearly 20 years in various management positions in both mortgage sales support and mortgage origination in Oakland County and Metro Detroit. In 1998, he became the national mortgage sales manager for Bank One, where he designed and implemented national management structure which includes managing originators, sales managers and division managers in 14 states. Subsequently, he served as a market business manager in Private Client Services responsible for Troy and Grosse Pointe, Michigan offices including private banking, trust advisors and client advisors as well as estate planning, financial planning and insurance for clients. Most recently, he served as Regional investment director of Private Client Services, where he was responsible for the supervision and management of a team of investment specialists in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. He serves as an active member of the Builders Association of Southeast Michigan. Mr. Sonego holds a master's degree in Finance from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan and received his bachelor of business administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Mr. Joseph Forlenza, also known as Joe has been Chief Audit Officer and Executive Vice President at Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida since January 2017. Mr. Forlenza has more than 30 years of experience, he is a seasoned financial services executive with expertise in capital markets, banking, risk management, treasury, valuation and internal audit. He joined the Seacoast team from GE Capital where he served as Managing Director and Chief Audit Executive of Treasury and Real Estate. Prior to GE Capital, he was a part of Citigroup's Audit and Risk Review organization serving in a number of roles, including the Global Liaison for equities and the Program Director for a variety of capital markets businesses and support functions. During his 15 years with Citigroup, he built the audit program that provided risk based coverage for all institutional equities, fixed income trading and sales and investment banking businesses within North America. In his last role, Mr. Forlenza led Audit for Citigroup's Global Markets division. Early in his career, Mr. Forlenza specialized in Financial Services audit/advisory work for Coopers & Lybrand and practiced general accounting for Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Forlenza holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and public accounting from Pace University in New York City and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Jeffery Lee, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida since September 21, 2016. Mr. Lee is responsible for the integration of digital consumer analytics, product development and sales marketing into existing marketing function. He served as Senior Vice President & Marketing/Digital Banking Executive at Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida since October 2013. He joined Seacoast in May 2013 as Vice President, Digital Project Manager and was responsible for implementation of new digital solutions. He has 12 years of digital marketing experience, including eight years with American Express, the last as International Marketing Director, leading strategy development, implementation and execution of online cross-sell activities. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Lee served for two years as Digital Marketing Director for BGT Partners, a global interactive agency that helps companies strengthen their brand and business relationships through digital marketing and technology.

Mr. Daniel G. Chappell, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida since August 3, 2016 and Chief Human Resources Officer of Seacoast National Bank and Executive Vice President of Seacoast National Bank since September 2014. Mr. Chappell joined the Seacoast National Bank after 10 years with Bank of America (BOA). During his tenure with Bank of America, he served as Senior Vice President and Human Resource Executive for many of its larger lines of business including Technology and Operations, Wealth Management and Consumer Operations. Mr. Chappell, a champion for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) lead the Global Human Resources D&I council as well as served on the Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Senior Executive Forum. Prior to joining BOA, he was a Vice President with Right Management Consultants where he focused on Coaching Executives in Career Management and Transition. Mr. Chappell also held positions of increasing responsibility via senior HR roles with Avaya Communications, Honeywell International, Cytec Industries and Sonoco Products. He holds a Bachelor of Science from LaSalle University and was also a member of the Adjunct Instructor Staff at Baruch and Cornell Universities.
