Mr. Anton Dibowitz has been Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Limited since July 1, 2017. Mr. Dibowitz served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Seadrill Ltd until July 1, 2017. Mr. Dibowitz served as an Executive Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd. from June 6, 2016 to July 1, 2017. Mr. Dibowitz has 20 years drilling industry experience, Deepwater Western Hemisphere Division, since joining Seadrill in April 2007. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Limited since January 2013 until June 6, 2016. He served as Vice President of Marketing at Seadrill Management AS since January 2010. Prior to Seadrill, Mr. Dibowitz held various positions within tax, process reengineering and marketing at Transocean and within tax services at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Dibowitz is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and master degrees in Professional Accounting and Business Administration (MBA).

Mr. Mark Morris has been the Chief Financial Officer of Seadrill Management Ltd since September 1, 2015. and serves as its Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd. Mr. Morris served as the Chief Financial Officer at Rolls-Royce plc until November 4, 2011. Mr. Morris served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rolls Royce Holdings PLC since January 01, 2012 until November 2014, Finance Director since January 2012 and Executive Director from January 2012 to November 2014. He held a number of roles at Rolls Royce Holdings plc in his 28 years career at Rolls Royce including Group Treasurer and Managing Director of Rolls-Royce Capital and Treasurer of International Aero Engines, a Rolls-Royce Joint Venture. He served as a Director at Rolls-Royce plc from January 2012 to November 4, 2011.

Mr. Leif Nelson has been the Chief Operating Officer of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Limited since July 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd. Mr. Nelson served as Vice President of Operations Performance at SeaDrill Ltd. Prior to SeaDrill, Mr. Nelson held various operational positions for Transocean Ltd. He has over 18 years of experience in the drilling industry. Mr. Nelson sits on the board of the well control institute. Mr. Nelson is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and holds a BSc in petroleum engineering.

Mr. David Sneddon has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd. since December 1, 2013. Mr. Sneddon held several senior positions in Novelis Inc., as a Vice President of Finance in Europe and also held various positions in Alcan. Mr. Sneddon serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Novelis Aluminium Holding Company.

Mr. Henrik M. Hansen has been Chief Technology Officer of Seadrill Management Ltd of SeaDrill Limited since July 2015 and serves as its Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd. Mr. Hansen has over 25 years of experience in the drilling industry as Vice President of Operational Excellence. Prior to SeaDrill, Mr. Hansen held various operational positions within maersk drilling. He is a marine engineer and holds a bachelor of technology management in marine engineering.

Mr. Philip Souyris has been Senior Vice President for Mexico at SeaDrill Limited since January 2015. Mr. Souyris was appointed as Mexico Country Manager in July 2014. He has an extensive previous international experience in business development activities, operations management, well services and drilling engineering, having worked for Schlumberger for 16 years in eight countries and as PetroEngineering Center Manager in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Organization from the UNS Argentina.

Mr. Dave Morrow has been Senior Vice President of Africa Middle East Asia at SeaDrill Limited since November 7, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Africa & Middle East since November 2015 until November 7, 2016. Mr. Morrow has over 17 years in the drilling industry. He served as Vice President of Marketing in the Eastern Hemisphere at SeaDrill Limited. Prior to SeaDrill, Mr. Morrow held various senior management positions at Ensco plc and Nabors Industries Ltd. in operations and commercial and general management. He has a BBA in Marketing and Economics from the University of New Mexico.

Mr. Chris Edwards has been General Counsel of Seadrill Management Ltd since February 2015. Mr. Edwards has been Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd since June 2016. Mr. Edwards has approaching 20 years in-house legal experience in the natural resources sector. He served as General Counsel Corporate and General Counsel of the Aluminium Division at BHP Billiton. Prior to working in-house, he trained and worked at Linklaters in its London and Hong Kong offices.

Mr. Jose Firmo has been a Senior Vice President of Brasil at SeaDrill Limited since October 2014. Mr. Firmo has over 25 years of experience in the Oilfield Services industry. Since 1992, he joined Schlumberger and worked in numerous jobs ranging from Testing & Wireline Field Engineer offshore Brasil, Field Manager positions in the North and South America, Global Business Development for Completions, Testing Global Human Resources Director and Vice President of Operations Latin America for Testing Services. He holds a Master in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
