Mr. Keith C. Valentine has been the Chief Executive Officer of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation since July 2015 and has been its President since May 2015. Mr. John J. Winge has been the Vice President of Sales at SeaSpine Holdings Corporation since June 2015. Mr. Winge has been Vice President of Sales at Integra's U.S. Spine business since August 2008. He served as also Vice President of Marketing for the U.S. Spine division from June 2011 to September 2013. He Integra in August 2008 when Integra acquired the Theken Companies, where Mr. Winge served as Executive Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining Theken in 2004, he led the distribution business for REO Spine as the U.S. Distributor for Eurosurgical's products from 1999 to 2004. He worked with various independent distributors from 1992 to 1998 as a spine hardware sales representative and manager. He began his medical device career as a sales representative for Sofamor Danek from 1992 to 1997. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. John J. Bostjancic has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation since March 2015 and since July 1, 2015 respectively and served as its Secretary since July 1, 2015 until April 20, 2017. Mr. Bostjancic served as Integra's Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain from February 2012 to November 2014, where he was responsible for global planning, kitting, distribution, logistics and customer service functions and led the project team to comply with the FDA's UDI rule in 2014. He served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation from May 2008 to February 2012. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. He joined Integra in 1999, he was responsible in the finance organization, including Corporate Controller from 2003 to 2006. He served as a Manager in the Accounting Standards team at Merck & Co., Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and worked in the Business Assurance organization at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1993 to 1998. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the College of New Jersey.

Mr. Brian Baker has been Vice President of Global Operations at SeaSpine Holdings Corporation since July 1, 2015. Mr. Baker is responsible for global manufacturing and supply chain. Mr. Baker has over 25 years-experience in the medical device industry. Mr. Baker served as Vice President of Operations for Integra LifeSciences from April 2011 to November 2013. He joined Integra in 2007 after the acquisition of Physician Industries, Inc. in which he served the President and Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2007. Mr. Baker received a B.A. in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Patrick L. Keran, also known as Pat, JD, has been General Counsel of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation since October 12, 2015 and has been its Corporate Secretary since June 2016. Mr. Keran serves as a Vice President at SeaSpine Holdings Corporation. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Mast Therapeutics, Inc. from February 2010 to February 28, 2015 and as its Secretary since September 8, 2006. Mr. Keran has over 15 years of legal and operational experience, primarily with respect to capital raising, corporate governance and FDA-regulated entities. Mr. Keran served as the Principal Financial Officer of Mast Therapeutics, Inc. (also known as Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) since July 2009 until January 2013 Principal Accounting Officer from July 2009 to March 22, 2011. He served as a General Counsel of Adventrx Pharmaceuticals Inc. from August 9, 2006 to February 2010 and also served as its Vice President of Legal from January 2007 to February 2010. He served as an Interim Principal Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer of Mast Therapeutics, Inc. since July 2009 and Vice President since January 2007. He joined Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in August 2006. He served as an Associate General Counsel for Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from April 2004 to August 2006. Before that, he practiced corporate and commercial law at the law firms Heller Ehrman, LLP from February 2003 to April 2004 and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP from September 1999 to February 2003. Mr. Keran is licensed to practice law in the State of California. Mr. Keran received a B.A. from the University of California at San Diego and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

Stuart Essig serves as the Director of SeaSpine Inc. Stuart started at SeaSpine Inc in May of 2015. Stuart currently resides in the Austin, Texas Area.

Mike Lytle serves as the Area Vice President, US Sales West of SeaSpine Inc. Mike started at SeaSpine Inc in October of 2015. Mike currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Dennis Cirino serves as the Senior Vice President, Spinal Systems of SeaSpine Inc. Dennis started at SeaSpine Inc in July of 2018. Dennis currently resides in the Greater San Diego Area.
