I don't feel undervalued, I do feel I am compensated fairly for my position. I mean everyone loves more money but I do get paid well. I would love a 401k in the future but that's the only thing I would change.

How involved they let us be in changes and new things happening at the company, how they really give us the opportunity to manage ourselves and just step in when help is needed or to give pointers on how to be better.

My manager was very easy to speak to and made me feel way less nervous than I normally am during interviews. It was more the company getting to know about me as a person than it was me trying to prove myself.
