Commission and spiffs! We have a weekly spiff competition and it pays out nicely. This plus the ad hoc spiffs makes for a nice chunk of change each month extra

I'm paid well for my job and i continually hit my bonuses each quarter.
I'm paid well and have received several merit based pay increases.
Performance based pay. The better I do, the better I'm paid. I also like the regular spiffs for performance.

I don't feel undervalued, I do feel I am compensated fairly for my position. I mean everyone loves more money but I do get paid well. I would love a 401k in the future but that's the only thing I would change.

We have a team of all stars and superstars, we don't have any weak links on our team. Our culture is brutally honest that if you can't perform a high level, this is not the right organization for you.
We have no weak links on our team, this makes meetings much more productive as there is no one slowing down the group.

The culture at Seek is extremely positive and success driven. Our focus is on accomplishing big goals and we love the challenges that come with that.
Our core values are centered around positive attitude attributes. They aren't just something on. a piece of paper, they really are how we operate on a daily basis. Combine this with great people and it goes a long way to having a positive environment.
The people on the team are great, we don't have any negative people. The management team is always positive and supportive. We have regular sales meetings and sales training sessions which drives the positive energy for everyone!

The company culture at Seek is fantastic. We are given breakfast and lunch once a week, free drinks and beer on Fridays, and company outings. We are encouraged to work hard, but also blow off steam and play hard as well.
less surprise work days on weekends and holidays. needs less pressure to stay later even though work output is good. it's all about working long hours and not about productivity here. If the office is supposed to be closed on a holiday, don't surprise employees by scheduling them the week before
I met with the VP and the CEO and could tell they really care about the type of people they bring on to the team
I met with the CEO which i was nervous about at first, but he quickly created a relaxed environment. He asked me a lot of questions to really get to know me beyond my resume. Was good to get to know him.

I met with 3 managers and each interview was very relaxed which made it difficult to tell if i was doing well. They lasted about 30-45 minutes each and the questions were more focused on personality traits then skills or experience based.
I met with 3 managers, including the CEO. It's not often you get to meet with the CEO when you interview with a company. I really appreciated this as it allowed me to understand the culture and the vision directly from the source, not just reading some PR literature.
Was very relaxed, the questions weren't the boiler plate interview questions, they were very much based around understanding the character of the candidate, me in this example.
