What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very supportive from senior staff members helping the newer staff members. The sales team is really dialed into this concept.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My VP has taken me under his wing and has made all the difference in the world. i'm learning from him on a daily basis and has helped improve my sales results significantly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive of new sales reps. There is a culture that everyone was once a new rep and if you are now a veteran, you pay it forward and help the new guys. It's really supportive in this way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with the CEO which i was nervous about at first, but he quickly created a relaxed environment. He asked me a lot of questions to really get to know me beyond my resume. Was good to get to know him.
