It is a very high energy, young, positive work atmosphere.

They are dedicated to the client experience and do whatever it takes to ensure our customers are being cared for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated based on my performance meaning if i hit my numbers i am paid exceptionally well. If i do not work hard that is reflected in my paycheck.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their dedication to creating an environment which has open lines of communication for each department down to the individual. We also enjoy many perks such as coffee station which includes cold brew, paid for lunch on wednesdays, bagels on fridays, as well as multiple company outings
What did you like most about the interview process?
They really wanted to get to know me prior to offering me the job. I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview with the head of the department followed by a meeting with somebody in senior management. I felt even more comfortable with how selective they were.
