Always an open door and there's always someone from the management team that's there to help. They go out of their way to get to know you and make sure that you're satisfied.

Definitely a positive attitude. Overall culture is that you need to work hard and move at a fast pace, but you're still more than welcome to socialize and enjoy being at work.
