Dana Cochran serves as Senior Vice President and Marketing Manager of Select Bank & Trust Company and previously served as its Vice President and Marketing Director.

Mr. Mark A. Jeffries, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Select Bank & Trust Company and Select Bancorp, Inc. since October 18, 2014. Mr. Jeffries serves as Principal Accounting Officer at Select Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Jeffries served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Millennium Bankshares Corporation since August 2009 until March 2014. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Bank, N.A since August 2009 until March 2014. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Asheville Savings Bank in Asheville, North Carolina, from November 2007 to June 2008. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Vice President, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Bank & Trust in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, from June 2004 to November 2007. Mr. Jeffries served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Gateway Financial Holdings, Inc., since November 11, 2005 and its Vice President. Prior to his employment by Gateway Bank, from 1993 to 2004, he served as Vice President and Controller of Greenbrier Farms, Inc. He attended East Carolina University.

Ms. Lynn H. Johnson has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Select Bancorp, Inc. since July 2017 and 2014 respectively. Ms. Johnson directs all human resource functions of Select Bank & Trust to include compensation, benefits, training, diversity, performance management and talent acquisition. She is responsible for the ethics program and oversees the marketing function. She served as Chief Administrative Officer at Select Bancorp, Inc. since 2014 until July 2017. She served as Human Resources Director of Select Bank & Trust since 2003 and also served as Corporate Ethics Officer. She has an Associate's Degree in Business from Wake Technical Community college and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Corporate Compliance Ethics Professional (CCEP) and a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking.

Mr. Gary J. Brock is Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender at Select Bank & Trust Company since January 1, 2017. Mr. Brock was Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Select Bancorp, Inc. and Select Bank & Trust Company (???Bank???), 2014-2016; President and Chief Operating Officer, Bank (Greenville), 2013-2014; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Bank (Greenville), 2008-2013. Mr. Brock was also employed at First South Bancorp, Inc.
