Mr. Mohan R. Maheswaran has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Semtech Corporation since joining on April 3, 2006. Mr. Maheswaran served as General Manager of Analog Signal Processing Products Group and Executive Vice President at Intersil Corporation from June 2002 to March 2006. He served as a Vice President of Intersil Corp. and General Manager of Elantec Product Group since May 2002 and since June 2002 respectively. He joined Intersil Corporation in 2002. He served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development of Elantec Semiconductor Inc., (also called as Elantec Semiconductor) from June 2001 to May 2002. He joined Elantec Semiconductor as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development in January 2001. From January 2001 to June 2001, he served as the Vice President of Business Development of Elantec Inc. From January 2000 to December 2000, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development of Allayer Communications. From November 1997 to October 1999, he served as the Vice President of strategy of IBM Microelectronics. From January 1988 to October 1997, he served in a number of different marketing, applications and engineering related positions at Texas Instruments. He also worked in a number of different design and program management positions for Hewlett Packard and Nortel Communications. In addition to having worked for Intersil and Elantec, he been employed by Allayer Communications, IBM Microelectronics, Texas Instruments, Hewlett-Packard and Nortel Communications. He has been a Director at Semtech Corporation since April 3, 2006. Mr. Maheswaran holds a BSEE from Surrey University and an MBA from Henley Executive Management College.

Mr. Emeka N. Chukwu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Semtech Corporation since November 20, 2006 and February 26, 2014 respectively and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Chukwu served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Semtech Corporation from August 2011 to February 2014. Mr. Chukwu served as the Vice President of Finance at Semtech Corp. since joining in November 2006. He has been employed in various financial positions at Intersil, Inc, a manufacturer of analog semiconductors, since 2002. He served as Vice President, finance of Intersil (ISIL) since February 2006. From July 1999 to April 2002, he was the Corporate Controller of Elantec Semiconductor, Inc. He has also held accounting positions at other high-technology companies during the past eighteen years. Mr. Chukwu holds a Bachelors Degree and MBA degree in Accounting from Woodbury University.

Mr. Charles Butler Ammann, also known as Chuck, has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Semtech Corporation since January 27, 2014. Mr. Ammann joined Semtech on January 27, 2014. He served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of United Online Inc. since August 15, 2009. Mr. Ammann served as a Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of TV Guide Inc. since January 1996 until 1999. He was responsible for TV Guide Inc.'s legal, risk management and legislative affairs. He served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of United Online Inc. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Ammann served as Vice President of Administration and General Counsel for Flint Industries, Inc. Mr. Ammann was an attorney for one of Oklahoma's largest and most preeminent law firms, Gable & Gotwals, from 1980 to 1990 and was a Partner for his last five years with that firm. Mr. Ammann received his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Finance and Management, graduated magna cum laude and was the recipient of the prestigious Hamilton Award for Management. He received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma where he served as Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and his M.B.A. from The University of Tulsa.

Mr. Gary M. Beauchamp has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Signal Integrity Product Group at Semtech Corporation since February 26,2014 and December 16, 2013 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President since December 16, 2013. Mr. Beauchamp served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gennum Product Group at Semtech Corp. since March 2012 until December 16, 2013. Mr. Beauchamp provides high-performance analog solutions to the video broadcast, video surveillance and data communications markets. He served as Senior Vice President of Mixed Signal & Optical Products at Gennum Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President since August 2007. Mr. Beauchamp joined Gennum Corporation in January 2000 as Director of New Business Opportunities. He has substantial marketing and project management expertise and managerial experience in new business line identification, development and divisional P&L operation. Mr. Beauchamp served as Vice President and General Manager of Data Communications Products at Gennum Corporation since July 1 2002. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Beauchamp held several management positions at COM DEV International in the field of high frequency analogue and digital active electronics and RF communications subsystems, including SAW filter photolithography, for onboard commercial and military satellite communications processing applications. Mr. Beauchamp serves as a Director of Gennum Japan and Gennum UK Limited. He graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1981 and graduated with honours from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering in 1984.

Mr. Chris Chang Serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Business Development at Semtech Corp. Mr Chang served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alien Technology Corporation until January 2017. Prior to joining Alien Technology, Mr. Chang served as Vice President of Greater China Business at Marvell Technology Group Ltd., and also served as its Vice President and General Manager of China Business. Mr. Chang was responsible for overseeing Marvell's business strategy, sales and marketing, business development and government relationship in the Greater China Region. Prior to joining Marvell, Mr. Chang held senior executive positions at global technology corporations with worldwide responsibilities, including at AMD, Yahoo, Silicon Graphics and Eastman Kodak. Mr. Chang served as the Vice President Sales for Advanced Micro Devices and held positions at Yahoo, Silicon Graphics and Eastman Kodak. Mr. Chang received an MBA degree from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He also studied Nuclear Physics at Fudan University.

Mr. Asaf Silberstein has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations & Information Technology at Semtech Corporation Since November, 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Silberstein served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Semtech Corporation since February 2013. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Semtech Corporation since March 2011 until March 2013. Mr. Silberstein served at Semtech as Vice President, Operations since joining in December 2010. Prior to Semtech, he served at Microsemi Corporation from 2007 to 2010 as Vice President of Global Operations in its Analog Mixed Signal Division. Prior to Microsemi, he served as Vice President, Operations at Powerdsine, Israel from 2000 to 2005 and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2007. He also previously served in various positions at 3Com and ECI Telecom. He holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Bar Ilan University, both located in Israel.

Mr. J. Michael Wilson, also known as Mike has been an Executive Vice President of Quality & Reliability at Semtech Corporation since february 2013. Mr. Wilson served as an Senior Vice President of Quality and Reliability at Semtech Corporation since May 2008. Mr. Wilson served as Chief Technology Officer of Semtech Corporation from May 2008 to November 2011. He served as and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Semtech Corp. since May 2008. He served as Vice President of Computing and Industrial Power Products of Semtech Corp. since May 2001. He served as Vice President, General Manager of the Power Management Product Group. He served as Senior Vice President of Power Management Products of Semtech Corp. from June 2007 to May 2008. He served as Vice President of Desktop and Telecom Power Products in May 2001. Mr. Wilson served with ECI Semiconductor as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 25 years experience in the semiconductor industry in a broad range of technical and management positions. Mr. Wilson has a BSE(Hons) from CLU and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Mr. Jean-Paul Bardyn has been Vice President of R&D, Wireless & Sensing Product Group at Semtech Corporation since August 04, 2017. Mr. Bardyn has been the Chief Technical Officer at Semtech Corporation since November 2011 and served as its Vice President of Research & Development, Wireless & Sensing Product Group since June 2007. Mr. Bardyn joined Semtech as the result of the 2005 acquisition of XEMICS S.A., a spin-off of the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM) in Neuch??tel, Switzerland. He co-founded XEMICS in 1997 and served as its Vice President of Research & Development, leading developments in ultra-low power analog, radio frequency (RF) and digital integrated circuits (IC). From 1994 to 1997, he served as Research & Development Director of CSEM's IC Design Unit research group. Prior to joining CSEM, he served as Technical Director of Mixed Silicon Structures S.A., which he co-founded in 1990 in Roubaix, France. He graduated in 1983 as an Engineer in Microelectronics from Institut Sup??rieur d'Electronique du Nord, Lille, France and holds a PhD from University of Lille, France.
