Mr. Joseph C. Sardano, also known as Joe, has been the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Sensus Healthcare, Inc. since June 2010. Mr. Sardano, A recognized leader in the healthcare industry, has spent more than 30 years in management and marketing. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Cti Molecular Imaging Inc., since September 14, 2004. Mr. Sardano was responsible to lead the sales and marketing activities for all business units of CTI Molecular Imaging, including the sales of scanners under the sales agency agreement with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. He served as the Chief Commercialization Officer of Xoft Inc., where he joined in July 2008 and was responsible for introducing many new technologies such as PET and PET/CT, SPECT, MRI, Lithotripsy and Digital Radiography. Mr. Sardano served as Vice President of Sales for CTI Solutions from September 2002 to September 2004. Prior to joining CTI, he held several key positions in the medical industry. He was with GE Medical Systems where he served as Region Sales Manager from 1999 to 2000 and as P.E.T. Americas Sales Manager from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Sardano served as Vice President of Sales for Elscint Inc., and Vice President and General Sales Manager for Fisher Scientific. Mr. Sardano has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing of technology systems. Most recently, he focused entirely on the direct sales initiative of CTI- branded PET and PET/CT equipment. Prior to joining CTI, Mr. Sardano managed sales and marketing activities for such companies as Johnson & Johnson (Technicare), Toshiba America Medical Systems, Medstone International and Xerox Corporation. He served as a Director of Positron Corp., from January 2, 2008 to 2010. Mr. Sardano studied Bachelor of Arts degree in Bio-Physical Education & Political Science from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and an Executive Business Development Diploma from McGill University.

Mr. Arthur R. Levine, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Sensus Healthcare, Inc. since August 2014. Mr. Levine served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Trade Street Residential, Inc. from June 2012 to May 19, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at IVAX Diagnostics Inc. (ERBA Diagnostics, Inc.) from May 21, 2010 to May 30, 2012 and served as its Vice President of Finance from April 05, 2010 to June 2012. Mr. Levine served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Airspan Networks Inc., from January 28, 2006 to September 2009. He joined Airspan in October 2005 and served as its Director of Finance. Mr. Levine served as the Director of Finance at DentaQuest Ventures, Inc., from February 2003 to March 2005. From 1995 to 2003, He served at Scitex Corporation Ltd., a publicly-traded manufacturer of digital printing equipment, where Mr. Levine served in a number of financial roles, including Vice President and Corporate Controller. He worked at Ernst & Young LLP from 1984 to 1995. Mr. Levine is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He holds a B.S. Degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Arthur Levine serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Sensus Healthcare. Arthur started at Sensus Healthcare in Aug of 2014. Arthur currently resides in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.

Michael Sardano serves as the Vice President & General Counsel of Sensus Healthcare. Michael currently resides in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.
