Mr. Anthony D. DiLucente, also known as Tony, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. since January 2017. Mr. Haynes served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. since December 3, 2013. He joined ServiceMaster in January 2012 and served as Vice President of Information Technology for the American Home Shield, ServiceMaster Clean and Merry Maids business units. Mr. Haynes served as General Manager of IT for global sales finance for Nissan Motor Limited. From February 2006 to January 2012, Mr. Haynes served in a variety of Information Technology executive leadership roles for Nissan Motor Limited and Nissan Americas. Prior to Coca-Cola, she spent eight years in a variety of leadership positions in fleet, logistics and strategic sourcing at Waste Management, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Fleet & Logistics since March 30, 2004. She began her career as an aviation maintenance officer for a Navy anti-submarine helicopter squadron in San Diego. She spent seven years on active duty. She graduating from the United States Naval Academy with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and operations analysis. Ms. Wegner holds a Master's degree in Logistics Engineering from National University in California.

Mr. Martin Wick, also known as Marty, has been Chief Operating Officer of Terminix at ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. and The ServiceMaster Company, LLC since November 30, 2016. Mr. Wick served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership since November 30, 2016. Mr. Wick served as the President of Franchise Services Group at Merry Maids Limited Partnership and ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. since October 2014 until November 2016. He served as President of Franchise Services Group at The ServiceMaster Company, LLC from 2014 to November 30, 2016. Mr. Wick joined ServiceMaster in 2009 as part of the innovation and process improvement organization. Mr. Wick earned his MBA from Duke University - Fuqua School of Business and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia - McIntire School of Commerce.

Mr. Dion Persson has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. since September 2017. Mr. Persson is responsible for advancing all business development activities for ServiceMaster, including directing and evaluating new marketplace opportunities, such as strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. He leads the spin-off of ServiceMaster's American Home Shield brand into a new public company in 2018. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Analytics for Ingersoll Rand. He joined Ingersoll Rand in 2011 as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Residential Solutions sector. He also served as the business leader for the Ingersoll Rand home automation division. He served as Senior Vice President of the Engineered Products Group at Johns Manville Corp., from September 2004 to March 2009. He led the efforts to prepare Johns Manville for sale, which culminated in the purchase of Johns Manville by Berkshire Hathaway in 2001. He served as Assistant General Counsel, Secretary and Vice President of Johns Manville Corporation. Mr. Persson joined Johns Manville in 1994 and has held various leadership roles including General Counsel and Senior Vice President of legal, human resources and corporate development. Previously, Mr. Persson was a corporate attorney in the mergers and acquisitions department at the New York law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. Mr. Persson received his B.S. degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1984 and his J.D. degree from Yale University in 1987 and is a member of the Delaware Bar Association. Mr. Persson is on the board of directors of the American Red Cross, Mile High Chapter.

Mr. James T. Lucke has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., since September 2013. (Formerly Rayovac Corp) from October 1999 until joining Mohawk. From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Lucke held several positions within the legal department of Johnson Controls, Inc. where he served as General Counsel of Johnson Controls' Battery Division from 1997 to 1999. He served as Secretary of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. He earned Bachelor's degree at the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree at the University of Wisconsin.
