Mr. Alan J. Hyatt has been Partner of Hyatt, Peters & Weber, LLP, Annapolis, Maryland since 1978. Mr. Hyatt is a real estate broker with Arundel Realty Services, LLC, Annapolis, Maryland. Inc., since 1982, having previously served as an officer and Director since 1978. As an attorney and businessman, Mr. Hyatt has strong legal and financial skills important to the oversight of Severn BanCorp's financial reporting, enterprise and operational risk management. Mr. Hyatt spends approximately 50% of his professional time on the affairs of the Severn Savings Bank and Severn BanCorp. Inc. and the balance on his law practice. He was the Chairman of the Board of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation, Inc. Mr. Hyatt serves on the Board of Trustees of the Anne Arundel Health System Inc., and the Anne Arundel County Pension Trustee Board.

Mr. Paul B. Susie has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Severn Bancorp Inc. since July 25, 2016 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Susie has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Severn Savings Bank, FSB since 2016. He was previously with Hopkins Federal Savings Bank in the position of Chief Financial Officer. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Capital Trust Holdings, Inc. and First Mariner Bank since May 2009. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Capital Trust Holdings, Inc. and First Mariner Bank since May 2009. He was responsible for supervising the First Mariner's general accounting, purchasing and regulatory accounting functions. Mr. Susie served as an Interim Chief Accounting Officer of Celsion Corp. from September 28, 2007 to December 2008 and also its Controller from February 19, 2007 to December 2008. Mr. Susie served as Principal Financial Officer and Secretary of Celsion Corp. until December 2008. He served as Vice President of Administration and Controller of Earthshell Corporation from October 2005 to February 2007 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer since 2005. He held senior financial positions with Baltimore Marine Industries. Mr. Susie has over 18 years of experience in both public and corporate accounting and finance. He served as Corporate Controller of American Pool Enterprises, Inc. from March 2004 to October 2005 and from 1998 to 2004, he held the position of Controller for Baltimore Marine Industries Inc. From 1994 to 1998, he held various audit, tax and consulting positions with Stegman & Company. From 1991 to 1994, he served in the audit division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, an international accounting and consulting firm. He has also held financial executive positions in biopharmaceutical, manufacturing and marine companies. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Susie holds BS in Accounting from the University of Baltimore.

Mr. Christopher A. Chick, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President at Severn Bancorp, Inc. since September 2015 and Severn Savings Bank, FSB since October 1, 2015. Mr. Chick has 26 years in the banking industry and was previously with Susquehanna Bank where he held various management positions. Prior to Susquehanna, he was a Bank Examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Chick has been recognized within the industry with various awards including Next Leader in Banking, Maryland Bankers Association and Top Banker Award, Smart Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Chick received his Master of Finance from the University of Baltimore and his Bachelors of Finance from the University of Maryland. He is also a Graduate of the Maryland Bankers Association, Executive School of Bank Management.

Mr. Eric M. Keitz has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Severn Bancorp, Inc. since August 2017. Mr. Keitz has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Severn Savings Bank, FSB since August 2017. He has been a Director of Severn Savings Bank, FSB since 2009 and Severn Bancorp, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Keitz is a sole practitioner with an office in Annapolis, MD. He has extensive experience in auditing, tax, client advisory services and SEC forms 10-K and 10-Q analysis. He has strong accounting and financial skills. Mr. Keitz has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 1986.

James Orazi has been Senior Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Severn Bancorp Inc. since October 2009. Mr. Orazi served as Vice President for construction lending at K Bank in Baltimore.
