Mr. Kenneth R. Taylor, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sierra Bancorp since October 09, 2001 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Taylor serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Bank of the Sierra. He served as Senior Vice President of Bank of the Sierra, a subsidiary of Sierra Bancorp. He served as Senior Vice President of Sierra Bancorp since October 09, 2001. Previously, Mr. Taylor served as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Tokai Bank of California in Los Angeles (Tokai) from June 2000 to July 2001 and in various other capacities at Tokai from 1986 to June 2000.

Mr. James F. Gardunio has been the Chief Credit Officer of Sierra Bancorp and its subsidiary, Bank of the Sierra since February 07, 2005. Mr. Gardunio serves as an Executive Vice President of Bank of the Sierra and Sierra Bancorp. Mr. Gardunio served as Senior Vice President of Bank of the Sierra and Sierra Bancorp since February 07, 2005. During the past 27 years, he served at various financial institutions including more than 10 years as a Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Gardunio has obtained an undergraduate degree from Jose State University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Mr. Matthew P. Hessler, CFMP, serves as the Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Bank of the Sierra Inc. and Sierra BanCorp.

Mr. Michael W. Olague, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of Sierra Bancorp and its subsidiary, Bank of the Sierra since January 01, 2015. Mr. Olague served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the Rabobank N.A.'s community banking division. Mr. Olague served as a Senior Vice President and Area Manager of Bakersfield, Delano at Bank of the Sierra, Inc. Mr. Olague is to see that network of retail branches carries out its strategic plan. He has worked in banking for 37 years and before joining Rabobank in 2005, he served as Middle Market Manager for Bank of America. Mr. Olague serves on the Executive Board of the Mid State Development Corp., the Executive Advisory Council of CSUB's School of Business and Public Administration and KEDC's Board of Directors. He sits on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club, San Joaquin Hospital Foundation, Kern County Cancer Fund, Mid-State Development Corporation and the CSUB Business School Advisory Board. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Cal State Bakersfield. Mr. Olague also graduated from the University of Virginia Graduate Banking School.
