Mr. Richard R. Hough, III, also known as Rick, serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer since November 2013, Chairman November 2, 2015 and Member of the Board of Directors of Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC and previously served as a Partner in 2006, President and Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Hough joined Silvercrest in 2003. Previously, he served as President at SAMG LLC from 2012 to 2015 and as its Chief Operating Officer from July 2010 to November 2013, when he assumed his duties as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Silvercrest, Mr. Hough worked as a Policy Analyst and was the Founding National Program Director of Children's Scholarship Fund, where he was responsible for marketing, relationship management and research and statistical analysis. Previously, he also worked in Washington, DC, as a managing editor and policy analyst. Mr. Hough is a Member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Adviser Association. He also serves Chairman of Board of the Institute for Family Studies and he serves on the Boards of the New York Men's Leadership Forum, Christendom College, Monmouth Council, Boy Scouts of America and the Advisory Board of The New Criterion. Mr. Hough received a B.A. in Philosophy and Politics from Princeton University.

Mr. David John Campbell serves as General Counsel and Secretary at Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. Mr. Campbell is also Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC. He served as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of Jefferies & Company, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. He began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President and provided advice and counsel to DLJ's Pershing Division, Investment Services Group and DLJdirect. In 2001, Mr. Campbell joined the law firm of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., where he was a Partner. He graduated with a B.A. in English from The George Washington University and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Scott Andrew Gerard, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. Mr. Gerard has been the Chief Financial Officer of Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC since 2010. He served as a Controller of ORC Guideline, Inc. since July 22, 2002. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Brand Connections, LLC and Guideline, Inc., From December 1999 to 2002, he served as an Associate at Abacus Group LLC. From 1996 to 1999, he served as a Divisional Controller at Citibank, N.A. He began his career with KPMG LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Gerard holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from The State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Albert S. Messina has been the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Equity and Fixed Income Portfolios at Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. since April 2002. Mr. Messina is responsible for the management of equity and fixed income portfolios. Previously, Mr. Messina served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC since 1983. Prior to this, he served at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he had worked since 1983. Previously, Mr. Messina spent 14 years at Bankers Trust Company, where he advised private clients and oversaw the fiduciary department's tax services division. Mr. Messina has extensive experience in managing client portfolios and providing financial and estate planning advice to individuals and families. Mr. Messina is a member of the Board of Directors of The Royal Oak Foundation, the American affiliate of The National Trust of England, Wales and Northern Ireland serving on the Investment and Programs Committees. He serves as co-President and Chairman of the Board of ArtWatch International, the international advocate for the proper conservation and stewardship of historically significant works of art. Mr. Messina is also on the board of The Training Institute for Mental Health which provides postgraduate psychoanalytic training for mental health professionals in addition to offering high quality therapy services. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the Brooklyn College.

Mr. Wilmot H. Kidd, III, has been President at Central Securities Corp. since 1973 and serves as its President of Investment & Research. Mr. Kidd has been the Chairman at Central Securities Corp. since 2010 and has been its Director since 1972. He has been a Director at Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. since 2011. He serves as a Director at The Plymouth Rock Company Incorporated. Mr. Kidd has extensive experience in the financial services industry, including the financial aspects of the investment company environment and extensive financial expertise through his various roles in publicly traded investment companies. He holds an M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University and a B.S. degree from Washington & Lee University.
