Reasonably good salaries, but 'bait and switch' bonus program that sounds good but infrequently pays out.
Change at the top. As long as Sims allows bigots and micromanagers to run the company, it will never improve. They need to realize that keeping someone for their 'experience/network' even when displaying awful behaviors is a menace to the culture.
The leadership team allows (and even encourages) behaviors that should result in immediate termination: racial stereotyping, gender stereotyping, LGBTQ stereotyping, etc. Take a look at the composition of the Executive Team. I'm amazed at the comments that I hear from Execs (in 2021!)
