Benjamin Tsiang has been Senior Advisor of Sina Corp. since February 2007. Mr. Tsiang served as Executive Vice President of Product Development of Sina Corp., and General Manager of SINA Online, a subsidiary of Sina Corp., from December 2003 to February 2007. He co-founded and served as the Vice President of Production and Design Chief of Sinanet.com until Sina Corp. acquired it in March 1999. From March 1999 to November 2003, He served as Sina Corp.'s Vice President of Production. He also served as Sina Corp.'s General Manager of Taiwan Operations from March 2000 to April 2002 and General Manager of East China from May 2002 to November 2003. Mr. Tsiang holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Ms. Yi Zhang, also known as Bonnie, has been the Chief Financial Officer of SINA Corporation since March 10, 2015. Ms. Zhang served as the Chief Financial Officer of Weibo Corporation since March 2014. Prior to Weibo, Ms. Zhang served as the Chief Financial Officer of AdChina, Ltd. since May 2011 until February 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From October 2007 to April 2011, she was an Audit Partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu based in Shanghai, China with a focus on serving Chinese companies listed in the United States and Chinese companies making initial public offerings in the United States. From May 2005 to August 2007, Ms. Zhang served as a Senior Manager of Deloitte & Touche, LLP's National Office SEC Services group. While she was with that group, Ms. Zhang was primarily responsible for pre-issuance reviews of securities offering documents and periodic reports to be filed with the SEC and was primarily focusing on foreign private issuers. She is a certified public accountant in the State of Maryland and is a member of the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Zhang graduated summa cum laude in 1997 in Business Administration from McDaniel College in Maryland.

Ms. Hong Du has been the Chief Operating Officer of SINA Corporation since February 2008 and its President since February 2015. Ms. Du served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing of SINA Corporation from February 7, 2007 to February 2008 and Co-President since February 2013 and also joined it in November 1999. She served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Sina Corp. She joined SINA in November 1999 and worked in the business development department until April 2004. From May 2004 to January 2005, she served as Deputy General Manager of 1Pai.com, a joint venture between SINA and Yahoo! Ms. Du rejoined SINA in January 2005 and served as its General Manager of sales strategy from January 2005 to March 2005, General Manager of sales from April 2005 to August 2005, Vice President of sales from September 2005 to February 2007 and Senior Vice President of sales and marketing from February 2007 to February 2008. She has been a Director of Weibo Corporation since January 2014 and China Real Estate Information Corporation since October 2009. Ms. Du received a B.S. in Applied Chemistry from Harbin Institute of Technology and an M.S. in management information systems from San Francisco State University.

Bin Wang has been Senior Vice President of SINA Mobile of Sina Corp. since February 2007. Mr. Wang founded Crillion Corp., a leading SMS valued-added service provider in China, in May 2001 and served as its General Manager until it was acquired in March 2004. He served as SINA's Deputy General Manager of SINA Mobile from March 2004 to October 2005 and Vice President and General Manager of SINA Mobile from November 2005 to February 2007. He served as Chairman of the Board of Crillion until March 2004. Mr. Wang graduated from Sichuan Police Academy with a B.S. degree.

Mr. Jianglei Wei, also known as Arthur, has been Senior Vice President of SINA Corporation since February 13, 2015. Mr. Wei served as Vice President of Lenovo Group Limited. Mr. Wei was the Top Executive of the Russian market at Lenovo Group Limited. He served as Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of Lenovo China. Mr. Wei joined Lenovo Group in 2007 and served various management positions within the Lenovo Group. From 1996 to 2007, Mr. Wei held several positions at Hewlett-Packard Co. and was responsible for marketing, business development, etc. Mr. Wei worked at Wyse Technology (Far East) Ltd. from 1994 to 1996 and at Beijing Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Wei holds an M.B.A from Santa Clara University.
