We are very busy and we work hard, but we have fun. Everyone is very willing to help out and answer questions. We strive to keep it to a 40 hour week. Breaks are encouraged and we have puzzles, ping pong, pool and Nintendo.
The Support Team is incredible. Everyone is very cooperative and respectful. The average Customer Support agent works 40 hours per week.
