I felt as though my needs did not matter, as long as I met my KPI's and met meeting goals everything else wasn't worked on. I only felt valued if I met 50% of goal or more, but if under that, it felt like we're criticized but not offered true help to accomplish goals. The low pay is not motivating.

Mess of ideas with no organization. Stock is failing and no one knows what to to keep company above water. Fail from leadership bleeds into all departments.
