Mr. Christopher Miglino, also known as Chris, Co-Founded Social Reality, Inc. in April 2010 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since April 2010 and President since January 25, 2017. Mr. Miglino also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Social Reality, Inc. and served as its Principal Financial & Accounting Officer from August 2015 to April 13, 2016. Mr. Miglino served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Social Reality, Inc. Mr. Miglino founded Conscious Enlightenment, Inc. and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from June 2004 to August 2008. He oversaw the strategy and operations of Conscious Enlightenment's Lime Advertising Network, Lime.com, Yogamates.com, The Enlightenment Card and Conscious Enlightenment Publishing, which prints magazines in Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Seattle. Mr. Miglino is also an investor in and serves on the board of Golden Bridge Yoga, one of the largest yoga studio operations in the United States. He has over 7 years of experience running various advertising companies. Mr. Miglino served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Lime Ad Network from August 2008 to March 2010. Mr. Miglino has been a Director of Social Reality, Inc since April 2010. Mr. Miglino received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Mr. Dustin Suchter serves as Chief Technology Officer at Social Reality, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Technology. Mr. Suchter served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Five Delta, Inc.

Ms. Erin DeRuggiero co-founded Social Reality, Inc. in April 2010 and serves as its Chief Innovations Officer. Ms. DeRuggiero served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Social Reality, Inc. since April 2010. Prior to launching Social Reality, Ms. DeRuggiero served as Vice President of Innovation & Digital Strategy for Lime Ad Network, (a subsidiary of Gaiam, Inc) from January 2009 to March 2010, where she spearheaded strategic digital partnerships for the Lime Ad Network. She served as Sales Director of NaturalPath Media Inc. Ms. DeRuggiero has over 13 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing and media partnerships experience. She served as an Advertising Director of Lens Publishing Company Inc. Additionally, from December, 2006 to January 2009, Ms. DeRuggiero served as the Chief Revenue Officer for JGG Consulting, a sales and new business development consultancy she founded, where her responsibilities included brand and digital retail partnerships for companies including Crocs, Inc. She spent nine years with the Utne Reader magazine, as their National Advertising Director, overseeing print and online sales and developing new media and content for the web. Ms. DeRuggiero has also worked with clients such as Crocs and Clif Bar, along with musicians Xavier Rudd, John Butler Trio and Jack Johnson, to secure sponsorships for national green music tours and events. She served as a Director of Social Reality, Inc. from April 2010 to October 2017.

Mr. Joseph Patrick Hannan, also known as J.P., serves as an Executive Chairman at Barefoot Luxury, Inc. Mr. Hannan has been the Chief Financial Officer at Social Reality, Inc. since October 17, 2016. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer at CMP Susquehanna Radio Holdings Corp. He is a Media and Entertainment Executive with over 20 years of diverse, hands on experience as the Chief Financial Officer across television, radio, print and digital media sectors ranging from startups to large scale, publicly traded companies. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Cumulus Media Inc. from March 3, 2010 to July 1, 2016. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Cumulus Media Inc. from July 2009 to March 3, 2010 and also served as its Vice President and Controller from April 2008 to July 2009. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Modern Luxury Media, an affiliate of Cumulus Media, Inc. from August 2010 to June 2016. From May 2006 to July 2007, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Radio Division of Lincoln National Corporation. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Radio Division at Lincoln Financial Media, a subsidiary of Lincoln National Corporation from March 1995 to November 2005. Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Lambert Television, Inc. He serves as the Board of Directors of Asian Media Group. He has served on a number of private and public company boards, including Regent Communications, Inc., International Media Group and iBlast, Inc. He served as a Director of Townsquare Media, Inc. from September 14, 2007 to April 2008. Mr. Hannan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California in 1992.

Mr. Kristoffer E. Nelson has been the Chief Operations Officer of Social Reality, Inc. since June 2012. Mr. Nelson served as an Executive Vice President of Revenues and Operations at Social Reality Inc., since June 2012. Mr. Nelson has been employed by Social Reality since September 2011, served as Director of Business Development from September 2011 to January 2012 and Executive Vice President of Publisher Relations from January 2012 to June 2012. Prior to joining Social Reality, Mr. Nelson served as a Project Manager for Living Full Blast, Inc. from August 2009 to December 2010 and President of Krama Consulting & Development from January 2004 to August 2009. He has been a Director of Social Reality, Inc. since September 25, 2014. Mr. Nelson attended Kings College and Seminary, Van Nuys, California from 1998 to 2000 and West Los Angeles College from 2000 to 2003. He also attended the Leadership Institute of Seattle through Pacific Integral from 2006 to 2008.
