Ms. Laura Lee Stewart, also known as Laurie, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sound Community Bank / Sound Financial Bancorp. Ms. Stewart was Senior Vice President/Retail Banking at Great Western Bank. Ms. Stewart was selected as an inaugural member of the FDIC Community Bank Advisory Board and completed her term in 2011. In 2011, Ms. Stewart was appointed to the inaugural Consumer Financial Protection Bureau board and completed her term in 2013. She has been a director of Seattle Branch at The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since January 1, 2018. She also served as Chair of the American Bankers Association's Government Relations Council and is the past Chair of the Washington Bankers Association. In 2011 and again in 2015, The American Banker magazine honored her as one of the top 25 Women to Watch in banking. In 2016, Ms. Stewart was recognized as a Women of Influence by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Ms. Stewart also is a member of the National Arthritis Foundation's board of directors as well as serving as the immediate Past Chair of the board of directors of Woodland Park Zoo. Ms. Stewart holds an M.A. and B.A. in Business from California Coast University.

Ms. Christina Jane Gehrke, CPA has been Chief Administrative Officer of Sound Community Bank and Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. since October 25, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President since February 2, 2017. Ms. Gehrke served as Senior Vice President of Sound Community Bank at Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. since October 2015 until February 2, 2017.She served as Senior Vice President of Sound Community Bank from October 2015 to February 2, 2015. She is responsible for oversight of marketing, human resources and the management of products, vendors and facilities. She has been Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Sound Community Bank since October 1, 2015. Ms. Gehrke is responsible for overseeing project management, vendor management, human resources, facilities management and marketing functions at Sound Community Bank. She served as Chief Accounting and Administrative Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle (the FHLB) since May 2007. She served as Senior Vice President of Federal Home Loan Bank Of Seattle since March 2008, Principal Accounting Officer since February 29, 2008 and served as its Secretary from May 2007 to June 24, 2011. She served as Senior Vice President of Federal Home Loan Bank Of Seattle from May 2007 to February 29, 2008, Chief Administrative Officer from September 2007 to February 29, 2008, Chief Accounting Officer since February 2008 and its Interim Chief Accounting Officer from September 27, 2007 to February 29, 2008. Ms. Gehrke joined Seattle Bank in 1998 and served as its First Vice President and Director of Audit from May 2006 to May 2007 and also its Audit Project Manager, Audit Services Manager and Assistant Director of Audit. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Gehrke holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Ohio State University.

Mr. Rogelio Riojas serves as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. (alternate name Sound Financial Inc.). Mr. Riojas serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sea Mar. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Sound Financial, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sea Mar Community Health Centers for over 30 years. He has been a Director of Sound Community Bank and Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. since 2005. He serves as a Member of Board of Regents at University of Washington.

Mr. Elliott L. Pierce has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Sound Community Bank at Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. since September 23, 2015 and January 2016 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President of Sound Community Bank from September 23, 2015 to January 2016. Mr. Pierce has been the Chief Credit Officer of Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. since April, 2015 and serves as its Executive Vice President and served as its Senior Vice President since September 23, 2015. He has many years of community banking experience including work as a Note Teller and bookkeeper. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Pierce holds an MBA from Seattle Pacific University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.

Mr. Matthew P. Deines, also known as Matt, has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President at Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc.(a/k/a Sound Financial Inc.) since 2008 and its Principal Accounting Officer since January 2005 also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Deines has been Chief Financial Officer of Sound Community Bank since 2002 and Executive Vice President since January 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Sound Community Bank. Prior to Sound Community Bank, he served as an Audit Supervisor at McGladrey and Pullen, LLP. He served as Human Resources Official for the Shanghai American School from 1988 to 2001. Prior to that, he held various positions at Sound Community Bank when it was a creditunion, including Marketing Manager since 1986. He is a Certified Public Accountant from Washington CPA certificate in 2000. Mr. Deines received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Loyola Marymount University.

Daphne Kelley serves as the CFO for Sound Community Bank. Daphne started at Sound Community Bank in July of 2018. Daphne is based in the Greater Seattle Area.
