Mr. Moxley served as Partner of Crestwood Holdings Partners, LLC since April 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations Services at Crestwood Midstream Gp LLC since October 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations Services for Crestwood Equity Gp, Llc since October 2013. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC, a General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since October 2010 and also served as a Senior Vice President of Operations & Commercial of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC. He served as Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LLC from April, 2008 to October, 2010. He serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Commercial of Quicksilver Gas Services GP LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. He has spent his entire career in the natural gas industry with over 25 years of experience in gas processing, transportation and NGL marketing. He spent 18 years serving in a variety of commercial roles for assets across the entire Gulf Coast region. He was responsible for the commercial activities for gas processing, NGL fractionation and NGL marketing in S. Texas and S. Louisiana for El Paso Corporation from January 2001 to August 2004. He served as Vice President of Processing and NGL Marketing at GulfTerras from December 2000 to September 2004. From August 1997 to December 2000, he served as a Vice President of PG&E Gas Transmission-Texas, where he had responsibilities for gas processing, supply and NGL marketing. He held various positions with natural gas, gas processing and business development operations at Valero Energy Corporation from July 1991 to July 1997. He spent the first 11 years of his career at Occidental Petroleum, where he served in various engineering, operations, marketing and business development positions within the gas processing division. He serves as Vice President and Director of the Gas Processors Association. He was a Leader in a successful effort to expand the legislative and regulatory efforts of the GPA from 2006 to 2007 while serving as the President-Elect of this organization. He serves as a Director at the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of the Americas. Mr. Moxley earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in 1980.

Mr. Kelly J. Jameson has been a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Southcross Energy Partners GP LLC at Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. since September 21, 2015 and Secretary of Southcross Energy Partners GP LLC since October 21, 2015. Mr. Jameson served as Associate General Counsel at USA Compression Partners. Mr. Jameson served as the Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Mr. Bret M. Allan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Southcross Energy Partners GP LLC, a General partner of Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. since June 2015 and has been its principal Accounting Officer since December 02, 2016. Mr. Allan served as the Secretary of Southcross Energy Partners GP LLC at Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. since June 2015 until October 21, 2015. Mr. Allan received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
