Started off good, and then all the things I was told when I hired in became lies. Forced overtime like crazy. Said they were family oriented, but kept me from having my visitation with my kids, due to all the overtime.

Pay attention: they ask if you are willing to work some overtime. You think, yeah sure. They don't tell you that it can amount to 72 hrs a week, in a plant with no air or heat, on a strict point system that most get fired because of. They don't even accept doctor's excuses

They fire the interns on a regular basis, maybe try another company that is more intern friendly.

That after you pour your heart, soul and skin (from all the scars) into your job, and you get sick, they fire you. Better to know now, realistically, what you are getting into. The pay can be competitive yet what you go through to get it is very disheartening. So be prepared.
