What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great and make it a great place to work
They make sure they live up to the codes of safety and shows employees appreciation for everyone hard work.

Communication of policy changes to the employess. Always done in secret. We don't find out until there is an issue.

Yes it sure does. It absolutely sad when leads are allowed to send others into anxiety attacks when they're doing their job the best they can.
Leadership team needs to stop lying to it's employees and better communicate information and changes.
Listening to issues and actually solving them . If you voice your truth you may be out of a job. They openly show they do not care about the issued you have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well, but it's not worth being treated like dirt.

We exceed expectations and all they do is buy more competitors out and increase your workload. Pay me for the extra workload and hours. I average 72 hours a week by force!

Compensation of machine operators should have a base pay and production bonuses just like every other part of the company. We should be paid bonuses based on higher outputs, to help morale and boost production.

Not be possessive and I included to collaborate
They should halt all production until the issue of harassment and bullying is handled with proper care.
This facility has 0 moral and proper equipment would help.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything has to change to be better
Again, the harassment and bullying should be obsolete. There's no reason someone should feel less than human being here.
Stand behing the workers and back up the words about safety with action.
Go back to basics and hire people whi have integrity and a strong work ethic. Trim the fat of the ones who are lazy, socialize too much or unproductive. Put people in charge that are Southwire driven and care about employees but arent buddy buddy with them.

It took me almost a year to be hired just to be treated like garbage by others.
Everyone should be interviewed by committee and not just the "guy they know from church."

Better management and better working conditions
Harassment, bullying, improper training times, carelessness. And at this point in the observation of this company, nothing will be solved because upper management doesn't care to solve it.

Quality is questionable, many complaints when cusotmers are checking every part of cable. When the wire is installed in a long run issues are not normally noticed.
