Again, the harassment and bullying should be obsolete. There's no reason someone should feel less than human being here.
Stand behing the workers and back up the words about safety with action.
Go back to basics and hire people whi have integrity and a strong work ethic. Trim the fat of the ones who are lazy, socialize too much or unproductive. Put people in charge that are Southwire driven and care about employees but arent buddy buddy with them.

Quality is questionable, many complaints when cusotmers are checking every part of cable. When the wire is installed in a long run issues are not normally noticed.
