They are great and make it a great place to work

They give direction formally and direct and make sure everyone is included during the meetings. And also they give extra activity when you are away from the workplace.

I have met the CEO and a few other executives in person. They are down to earth. There is open communication at all levels in the company. I believe they care.

Communication of policy changes to the employess. Always done in secret. We don't find out until there is an issue.

Organizing and setting an example

Yes it sure does. It absolutely sad when leads are allowed to send others into anxiety attacks when they're doing their job the best they can.

Leadership team needs to stop lying to it's employees and better communicate information and changes.

Listening to issues and actually solving them . If you voice your truth you may be out of a job. They openly show they do not care about the issued you have.
