Terrible. No respect is paid to Executive Assistants in this area. Consultants do not manage client expectations. While a few EAs may have lots of free time and are able to work just 37.5 hours a week, most work 5-10 hours overtime each week. The distribution of the work is also a problem which negatively affects work life balance. The NY office has one floater which makes taking time off incredibly difficult.
