How much and how often do raises happen at Spencer Stuart?

Associates get annual raises - cost of living plus and generous bonuses. This year EAs were not given raises and their bonuses were flat or less than the previous year despite the company having the best year on record. In the past EAs have been given 2-3% yearly raises.

Admin staff was not given raises this year despite our most successful year in history. We are considered a drain on the bottom line.
