Mr. Michael W. Wallace, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer at Spok Holdings, Inc. since March 27, 2017 and has been its Chief Accounting Officer since September 30, 2017. Mr. Thomas G. Saine, also known as Tom, serves as Chief Information Officer of Spok, Inc. Mr. Saine has been Chief Information Officer at Spok Holdings, Inc. (formerly USA Mobility, Inc.) since August 1, 2008. Mr. Saine is an accomplished technology executive with a long track record of delivering operational excellence, cost management and innovation. Mr. Saine served as the President of Spok Canada, Inc. (formally GTES, Inc.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Spok Holdings since August 1, 2008. He oversees all aspects of USA Mobility's paging network, including operations, planning and rationalization. He served as Chief Technology Officer of USA Mobility, Inc., from October 2007 to July 2008. He has over 25 years of operations, engineering and technology management experience and has a strong technology and network operations background. Mr. Saine rejoined Spok Holdings in August 2007, as Vice President of Corporate Technical Operations and previously served as its Vice President of Technology and Integration from November 2003 to June 2005. Mr. Saine served as an Independent Consultant from July 2005 to November 2005 and served as a Program Manager and Director of Programs of Northrop Grumman Corporation from December 2005 to August 2007. He has held senior technology leadership positions with MobileComm. Prior to that, he served as Chief Technology Officer of Weblink Wireless since 2003. Mr. Saine serves as a Director of Spok Canada, Inc. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He has a Bachelor of Science in Management from California Coast University and a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Columbus University.

Mr. Hemant Goel has been the President at Spok, Inc. since June 2015. Mr. Goel served as Chief Operating Officer at Spok Holdings, Inc. since October 1, 2014 until June 2015. He joined Spok from Siemens Health Services, where he was Vice President of Clinical Solutions, with worldwide development responsibilities for its sizable Clinical IT solutions business. In this position, he successfully managed the organization's operations, product portfolio, innovation and strategic growth, resulting in higher revenue, expanded market share and improved customer retention. Mr. Goel also led a major software acquisition for the Company. He was Enterprise Vice President and General Manager, Radiology, Cardiology and Enterprise Imaging at Cerner Corporation, where he managed worldwide sales and development of this business unit. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Business Development, Sales and Marketing at StorCOMM, Inc., and prior to that, served in various management positions at IMNET Systems, Inc., First Data Corporation and Unisys Corporation. Mr. Goel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India and a Master of Business Administration degree from the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte, N.C.

Ms. Bonnie K. Culp-Fingerhut, also known as Bonnie Culp has been the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer at Spok Holdings, Inc. (formerly USA Mobility, Inc.) since October, 2007. Ms. Culp-Fingerhut served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Spok Holdings, Inc. in November 2004 with the merger of Arch and Metrocall. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of Metrocall from November 1998 to November 2004. Ms. Culp-Fingerhut has more than 25 years in the human resources field with over 10 years in the wireless messaging industry. Ms. Culp-Fingerhut has more than 25 years of experience in human resource management and operations. She is a graduate of Saint Francis College with a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations.

Mr. Kyle Gunderson has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Development at Spok Holdings, Inc. since September 3, 2014. Mr. Gunderson has more than 25 years of software industry experience, particularly in the areas of software product definition, development, delivery and support. He served as Chief Technology Officer of Quantum Retail Technology, Inc. since May 13, 2013. He was responsible for product development, quality assurance, technical services and IT operations. He served as a Vice President of Product Development at Paisley, Inc. Mr. Gunderson was responsible for all software product research, development, quality assurance and maintenance. He was joined Paisley in 2005 and was focused on applying best practices to deliver Paisley's industry leading governance, risk and compliance applications. He served as Director of Technology Development at Lawson Software from 2001 to 2005, where he served as technology development director for Lawson's enterprise technology components. He served as Vice President of Product Development for Thomson Reuters. Mr. Gunderson holds Bachelor of Sciences in Applied Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie, Wis.

Ms. Nat'e Guyton RN, MSN, CPHIMS, NE-BC has been Chief Nursing Officer of Spok Holdings, Inc. since July 6, 2016. Ms. Guyton has been Chief Nursing Officer of Spok, Inc. since 2016. She works with nurses at healthcare facilities globally in order to share best practices and implement programs for improved patient care and satisfaction. Ms. Guyton began her career with nursing positions at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pa., and at Temple University Hospital. She served as Senior Director of Nursing Operations at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Del., and as Senior Vice President, Chief Nurse Officer at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, Pa. She served as Chief Nurse Officer and then Chief Clinical Informatics Officer at Trinity Health System. She has extensive experience in clinical and operational leadership in healthcare, along with a strong background in quality management and excellence in patient care. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware and certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as Nurse Executive Advanced and by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. She is a member of the American Nursing Informatics Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Ms. Guyton received both a BSN and an MSN in Nursing from Widener University in Upland, Pa., and a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Steve Pennington serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of February 1, 2016 (known as USA Mobility Inc. Mr. Pennington leads its marketing and national account sales.

John Boer serves as the Vice President - Technology Engineering of Spok. John started at Spok in October of 2014. John currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
