Mr. Matthew James Briand, also known as Matt, served as the Chief Executive Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since January 7, 2014 until January 2018 and also served as its President since January 1, 2015 until January 2018. Mr. Briand has been President of Monroe Staffing Services LLC since January 2009 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since January 2014. Mr. Briand joined Monroe Staffing Services in 2001. He serves as Board of Director for Monroe Staffing Services, part of the Faro Recruitment Group. He leads the Monroe Staffing Services strategic direction and growth of Monroe Staffing Services and focused on building its presence through a combination of organic development, partnerships and acquisitions. He has been a Director of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since January 7, 2014.

Mr. David Faiman, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since February 19, 2016. Mr. Faiman serves as Secretary and Treasurer at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. Mr. Faiman has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience at both private and public companies, bringing a high degree of knowledge and proficiency to his role as Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Cengage Learning, Inc. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Cengage Learning Holdings II L.P. since August 2009 and July 2007 respectively. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting of Cengage Learning Holdings II L.P. (Alternatively Name: Thomson Learning) since January 2007 and Cengage Learning since consummation of the Acquisition in July 2007. From 2003 to 2004, he worked as Director of Financial Reporting for CIGNA Corporation. From 1995 to 2003, worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the assurance and business advisory practice. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Chief Accounting Officer of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Prior to Novitex, he served in various senior financial roles, including Acting Chief Financial Officer, during his almost 10-year tenure from 2004 to 2013 at Cengage Learning, Inc. (formerly Thomson Learning of Thomson Reuters). He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in its Assurance and Business Advisory practice. Mr. Faiman received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Faiman is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Wade Pearson has been the Senior Vice President of Finance at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since March 2014. Mr. Pearson served as Senior Vice President of Hudson Global, Inc.

Mr. Brendan Flood served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since September 18, 2015 until February 19, 2016. Mr. Flood serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of Longbridge Recruitment and Chief Executive Officer of Longbridge Recruitment at Staffing 360 Solutions (UK) Limited. Mr. Flood has been in the recruitment industry for 13 years with Eurolink Consulting, Hudson Highland Group (where he led the IPO from TMP Worldwide in 2003) and K2 Partnering Solutions, before joining Faro Recruitment and leading the MBO that became Initio International (the parent of Longbridge). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions Limited. He has extensive international and M&A experience. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Hudson Global, Inc. He has been the Executive Chairman of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. since January 7, 2014. He has been a Director at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc., since January 7, 2014. He joined Hudson Highland Group Inc. in January 2003. Prior to joining Hudson Highland Group Inc., he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of TMP. He joined TMP in November 1999 and until November 2001, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the eResourcing and executive search divisions in Europe. In November 2001, Mr. Flood served as the Chief Financial Officer for all of TMP's operations in the Americas. Prior to joining TMP, he served as Finance Director of Bridge Information Systems (formerly Dow Jones Telerate) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and was based in London. Prior to 1996, when he joined Dow Jones Telerate, He served as Finance Director of Spillers Petfoods, a division of Dalgety PLC, a UK public company. Mr. Flood is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom and an International Affiliate Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Flood graduated from Dublin City University (Ireland) with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance.

Dimitri Villard serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc.. Dimitri started at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. in July of 2012. Dimitri currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.

Alicia Barker serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc.. Alicia started at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. in July of 2018. Alicia currently resides in Greater New York City Area.

Christopher Lutzo serves as the General Counsel, Executive Vice President, Compliance Officer and Secretary of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc.. Christopher currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
