Benjamin S. Butcher has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of STAG Industrial, Inc. (???Company???) since 2010. Prior to the formation of Company, Mr. Butcher oversaw the growth of Company's predecessor business, serving as a member of the board of managers of STAG Capital Partners, LLC, STAG Capital Partners III, LLC, and their affiliates from 2003 to 2011. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Butcher was engaged as a private equity investor in real estate and technology. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Butcher served as a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he sourced and executed transactions for the principal transactions group (real estate debt and equity). Prior to that, he served as a Director at Nomura Asset Capital from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Butcher serves as a member of the board of trustees of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Butcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Mr. Jeffrey M. Sullivan, also known as Jeff, J.D. has been a Partner of Hunton & Williams LLP since March 2012. Mr. Sullivan has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of STAG Industrial, Inc. since January 1, 2015. He was a Partner of DLA Piper LLP (US) where he focused primarily on the real estate industry, regularly advising investment banks, public companies, including REITs and to boards of directors. He has expertise and broad REIT experience. Mr. Sullivan was a Partner of Alston & Bird LLP. Mr. Sullivan focused his practice on real estate investment trusts, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He is a Member of the State Bar of North Carolina and the State Bar of Tennessee. He has B.A. in Journalism in 1992 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and J.D. in 1995 from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. David G. King has been an Executive Vice President and Director of Real Estate Operations at STAG Industrial, Inc. since April 2011. Prior to STAG Industrial,Inc. Mr. King Served as Managing Director of STAG Capital Partners LLC. from 2005 to 2011. Mr. King served as Vice President of STAG Capital Partners. His principal focus for STAG Capital Partners is asset and portfolio management. He has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining STAG Capital Partners, Mr. King served as a Regional Management Officer of AMB Property Corporation, with primary responsibility for leasing, management, development, acquisition sourcing and dispositions of its industrial and office portfolios in the Mid-Atlantic region. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and his Master of Public Administration degree from Indiana University.

Mr. Stephen C. Mecke, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of STAG Industrial, Inc. since April 2011. Prior to STAG Indusrtrial,Inc. Mr. Mecke Served as Chief Investment Officer at STAG Capital Partners, LLC. He served as Executive Officer of La Quinta Corporation. He served as Chief Investment Officer of STAG Capital Partners. Prior to joining STAG Capital Partners, he ran the acquisitions groups for M|P|A, a private real estate fund manager that represented a large east coast endowment fund and Meditrust Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Mr. Mecke received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College and his Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.

Mr. William R. Crooker has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of STAG Industrial, Inc. (???Company???) since 2016. Previously, Mr. Crooker served as Chief Accounting Officer of Company from 2011 to 2016 and Senior Vice President of capital markets from 2015 to 2016. Prior to the formation of Company, Mr. Crooker served as Chief Accounting Officer for STAG Capital Partners, LLC from 2010 to 2011. From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Crooker worked for KPMG LLP in its real estate practice, focusing primarily on publicly-traded real estate investment trusts. He held various positions with KPMG LLP, including most recently as Senior Manager. Mr. Crooker is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University.
