
Those that remain are the stalwarts. Some are the naive ones that have no idea what's going on (being so new) and the others are either near retirement (and don't care) or employees with severance offers with little time left.
Co-workers are a crap shoot. In past it was great as we were all like family. Now with all the restructures and the focus on excessive metrics a toxic and competitive culture can exist.
Tenured people great, resources, full of knowledge and talent. All new people selfish, incompetent, can hold a conversation with a person.
Fine, but little time for personal interaction if I go into an office.
On the sales side people try, but fighting the bureaucracy is tiresome
The are very homogeneous. Not very focused on results.
