
None. All lines of business are experiencing loss and lapse/cancellations continue to increase as the company raises prices without any logical basis for the price increase. The price increases are to pay for the 3 new buildings in GA, TX, and AZ that none of the employees want to work out of.
They wil lose a lot of business if they keep running the way they are. Everything is a call center environment and customers do t want that!
Canceled policies and net losses are the fastest growing part of the business. Keeping good customers and employees is the areas where the company is having difficulties.
