
Not any longer. Remote working and teleworkers were highly promoted a few years ago, but recent IT Transformations caused them to completely revoke remote positions and all employees were given severance notifications. ALL work is now expected to only be located in one of four locations and relocation will not be offered if your work/job is moving. Even then, if the work is located in one location and you move, the work may move somewhere else a few years later and again, no relocation will be offered. You either move yourself or find another opportunity. Morale is low and highly skilled remote workers are leaving.
I work in one of the hub centers and the department I am in we only work 2 days a month in the office. I believe it may vary by position. But certainly only going in 2 days a month is pretty close to fully remote. I am very happy and grateful.
