Very difficult. You are constantly reminded of who you work for in your personal life and you are expected to remain a company employee even outside your working hours. It's so bad that folks have been punished, outside of work at a non-company event, for talking bad about management or other employees. HR has routinely brought folks in to talk about their comments, they made about someone, at some bar. The town is so saturated with company employees, you can't go anywhere where 90% of the patrons work for State Farm.
You have to plan your time off a year in advance so being able to have a social life or anything unexpected is pretty difficult unless you want points.
Hard, not allowed to leave our cubicles to talk with co workers. Our day is timed.
It can be hard due to the hours demanded at times.
