They attempt to make it modern and attractive, but the buildings are old and dated (1970's, 1990's). Executives feel that changing the carpet is enough to modernize the buildings. Layout of the cubicles is straight gopher-farm. All analysts and front-line managers are in short-walled cubes, so noise carries and makes having conversations difficult. Only those in Director-level and above are allowed to have offices.
