What's the office vibe like at State Farm?

Depends on the agent. I’ve worked for an awesome agent that treated me like an equal and I’ve worked for an agent that only cared about cramming policies down customers throats and one that treats me like a burger flipper. I suggest you find a seasoned agent. They appreciate a good employee when they have one.

Everyone is timed in their job so there's no time for office interactions. We're in fear of not hitting numbers and if we don't there's no raise.
