Been there for 12 years, only making $20 hr. Those who were on the job less than a few years got a cost of living raises and now make just as much as me. I've given then 12 years and now I make what the new kids make, wages are unfairly distributed

Starting salary below average and raises no more 2% per year. Any extra bonus is only awarded if the company itself does well and is profitable- so they have been small.
