When I interviewed for my positions the company actually cared about their employees and the customers. The interviews were intense and you had 2 panel interviews with 3-6 managers on each panel and each lasted 30-45 minutes. The company use to look to hire educated, competent and professional people. They have since been getting rid of all their competent and experienced workers to save money and hire anyone with a pulse. In our office they even hired some people without even interviewing them so I doubt the interviews are anything like they were in the past, especially with the excessive turnover, but expect behavioral based questions.
Seems difficult and unnecessary
