Hard. Unless you make friends with all the managers and be overly helpful. They say it's based on your metrics but don't be surprised when you've been watching your metrics all in good standing for months and you ask to be considered and they tell you that there's a new criteria they are using now and that new thing is the one thing you didn't score 100% on.

Difficult. Doing a good job just doesn’t guarantee a promotion. Taking insurance education classes and being mobile (willing to relocate to another part of the country) helps
